密機構部品等として使用されるインサート樹脂成
形品に係る。

従来、テープレコーダーのシヤーシ等にピンや
ネジ等をインサート成形することが広く行なわれ
ている。ところで、近年、高い寸法精度および強
度が要求されるVTR(ビデオテープレコーダ)用
シヤーシ等にもインサート成形法が適用されるよ
うになつた。しかし、従来の成形法ではインサー
ト物品の表面に沿つてバリが生じるという問題が
あつた。

本発明のインサート樹脂成形品は、金型内にイ

ばを設けたことを特徴とする。

以下、実施例に従つて説明する。第1図は本発
明の一実施例を示す成形品の断面図である。本例
では成形品の樹脂部であるボスの先端に金属製の
インサートピン1を埋設した場合の例を示す。こ
のような部品はテープレコーダーやVTRの機構
部品等の寸法精度、強度、耐摩耗性の要求される
部分に適用できる。本例ではインサートピン1
の、ボス3の先端部に対応する部分に該ボス3と
同じ外径のつば2を設けたもので、成形時、つば
2の周端部とこれに面する金型との間隙が無く、
しかも該周端部側面に万一樹脂が流れても樹脂の
流れは金型と該周端部側面との間で減速され或い
は阻止されるのでバリがインサートピン1のつば
2より上の部分に生じることを防止したものであ
る。本実施例によればバリを生じることなくボス
の先端部にインサートピンを埋設することができ
る。更に本実施例ではつば2の上に溝4を設けて
いるため、万一微量のバリが生じても溝4に樹脂
が溜まり溝4の上方にバリが生じることを防止す
ることができる。
