人形等に於ける小札、飾金具等金具の新規の製造
方法に関するものである。

物で切取ることをせずに同余剰縁を上方の型部材
の弾力性を利用してその加圧時の凹み変形によつ
て切除するようにしたので同工程を著しく簡便且
つ迅速に為し得る効果がある。

と同形の凹凸型面を下面に有するシリコンゴム等
の非粘着性に優れ且つ弾性を備えた材料製の型部
材を下面に固定せる上型を夫々構成し、更にこれ
等とは別個にプレス加工等により予め構成した金
具本体の表面に後述する接着剤と加熱により融合
する特性を備えた塗料を塗布して当該塗料を乾固
せしめると共に当該金具本体の裏面を上記の下型
の凹凸型面に符号せしめて同金具本体を下型の上
に載置し、然るのちに上記の塗料と加熱により融
合する特性を備えた常温乾固タイプの接着剤を裏
面に予め塗布した金属箔もしくは擬箔を被せ置
き、次いで当該箔の上に上記の上型を同上型の凹
凸型面と金具本体の表面凹凸とを符号せしめて載
置し、この塗料と接着剤とを相互に融合する温度
に加熱すると共に金属もしくは擬箔を加圧し、金
属箔もしくは擬箔を金具本体の表面に貼着すると
同時に型部材の上記の加圧による凹み変形により
金属箔若しくは擬箔の余剰縁を切除したのち上型
を取去して完成品を下型より外すようにしたこと
を特徴とする五月人形の甲冑および雛人形等に於
ける金具の製造方法。
