The periphery of the pattern was heated and pressed using high frequency waves and welded.

When pressurized, air bubbles remain inside the uneven pattern, which not only destroys the uneven pattern of the decoration but also causes damage during handling.

Since the decorative body becomes deformed if the decorative body is disturbed, it is necessary to remove the decorative body and send it to dry cleaning, which has the disadvantage that some decorative bodies cannot be dry cleaned.

いる。 The present invention solves these drawbacks and forms an excellent three-dimensional uneven pattern without leaving any air bubbles in the uneven pattern. Furthermore, the decorative object can be dry-cleaned without being damaged and can be ironed. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin decorative body that can be attached to clothing.

している。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention sequentially adds another thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet and a pattern-printed transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet to a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet. Next to the polymerization step of polymerizing to form a polymerized sheet, the polymerized sheet obtained in the previous step is placed at a predetermined position on the lower mold, and the outer shape is made of a fusing blade and a pressing part and a desired concave pattern are formed inside. In a method for producing a decorative body made of synthetic resin, the formed upper molds are overlapped and the polymer sheet is pressurized and at the same time heated by a heating means to fuse and form a decorative body of a predetermined shape.
The above polymerized sheet is made by stacking a medium-hard vinyl chloride sheet 3, a polyurethane sheet 4, and a nylon sheet 5 in this order on the back side of a transparent urethane sheet 2 on which a printing layer 1 is formed, and by pressing these sheets together. To remove the air during polymerization, as a lower mold, insert the inner peripheral groove wall 1 at the position corresponding to the fusing blade of the upper mold.
The transparent urethane sheet 2 and the polyurethane sheet 4 do not melt when the polymer sheet is pressed between the upper and lower molds and heated at the same time, and the vinyl chloride sheet 3 outlines a method for manufacturing decorative objects made of synthetic resin, which is characterized by heating to a temperature of around 130°C, which melts the object.

By layering a medium-hard vinyl chloride sheet 3, a polyurethane sheet 4, and a nylon sheet 5 in this order on the back side of the transparent urethane sheet 2, the vinyl chloride sheet can be exposed to perchloroethylene during dry cleaning. 3 is enclosed between the transparent urethane sheet 2 and the polyurethane sheet 4, and the lowermost surface becomes a nylon sheet 5 that can be welded with an iron.

7, and when pressing the polymer sheet between the upper and lower molds and heating it at the same time,
Since the transparent urethane sheet 2 and the polyurethane sheet 4 are heated to around 130°C where only the vinyl chloride sheet 3 is melted, and the transparent urethane sheet 2 and the polyurethane sheet 4 are not melted, the peripheral edge of the polymerized sheet is melted before the fusing blade of the upper mold enters the circumferential groove. The inner surface of the blade presses the molten vinyl chloride sheet to prevent it from flowing out and move it to the internal pattern protrusions, and the pattern protrusions are formed into even larger protrusions.

Transparent urethane sheet 2 with printing layer 1 formed on the back side
A medium-hard vinyl chloride sheet 3, a polyurethane sheet 4, and a nylon sheet 5 are layered in this order on the back side of the vinyl chloride sheet 3, which is exposed to perchlorethylene during dry cleaning.
is now contained between the transparent urethane sheet 2 and the polyurethane sheet 4, and the conventional problem of deformation of the decoration when the surface vinyl chloride sheet is exposed to cleaning solvents is solved. Dry cleaning can be performed with confidence regardless of whether there is a decoration or not, and since the bottom surface is a nylon sheet 5 that can be welded with an iron, it can be easily cleaned with an iron without using sewing methods. It can be reliably attached to the object to be attached.

This eliminates the collapse of the uneven pattern caused by the air bubbles intervening in the uneven pattern, and the damage caused by the air bubbles.

果がある。 Furthermore, a lower mold in which a circumferential groove 17 having an inner circumferential groove wall 17A is formed at a position corresponding to the fusing blade 8 of the upper die is used, and the polymerized sheet is placed in the upper and lower molds 1.
When pressurizing and heating at the same time between 5 and 16, the transparent urethane sheet 2 and the polyurethane sheet 4 are heated to around 130° C. at which only the vinyl chloride sheet 3 melts without melting, so the fusing blade of the upper mold 15 By the time 8 enters the circumferential groove 17, the periphery of the polymerized sheet is pressed by the inner surface of the fusing blade 8 to prevent the molten vinyl chloride sheet 3 from flowing out and move it to the internal pattern convex part. . Therefore, the pattern protrusions are formed into even more bulging protrusions,
The formed concavo-convex pattern becomes more three-dimensional, and there are effects such as the ability to manufacture a decorative object with excellent perspective.
