By the way, as shown in FIG. 3, the electric heater 2 is constructed by wiring an asbestos-coated electrical resistance wire 8 inside a base sheet made of overlapping linen cloth 6 and cotton cloth 7, which is attached to the handle 1. Furthermore, a soft resin waterproof coating 9 is applied on top of this, and there is no consideration given to the mechanical strength (tensile, torsional, compressive, etc.) when operating the handle while holding it in the hand during actual use. The asbestos-coated electrical resistance wire 8 is likely to move or break. In addition, the asbestos-coated electrical resistance wire 8 felt in the hand and was difficult to operate, and furthermore, there were problems such as heat escaping into the handle, making it impossible to warm up quickly.

As shown in FIG. 8, the sheet-shaped heating unit 14 is made by coating one side of aluminum foil heat-uniforming members 16a and 16b with a low-melting point soft resin material (polyethylene, etc.), and is used as a cushion when heat-sealing the heating wire 17. material (urethane foam material, etc.) 21 to the heating element 17
Place it between the wiring pitches and heat-seal it to fix it. As shown in FIG. 9, the heating wire 17 is a heating wire 19 made of a core wire 18 made of Kevlar or Tetron, etc., wound around a heating wire 19 processed into a flat shape in a spiral shape, and a high melting point material such as heat-resistant PVC resin, silicone resin, fluororesin, etc. An inner skin 20 made of a soft resin material is provided. Then, the cushion material 21 is sandwiched between the heat generating wire 17 and the outer heat equalizing member 16a, and the heat equalizing member 16b having the same specifications as the heat equalizing member 16a is stacked on the opposite side and heated. to fix.

The handle body 10 has a molded synthetic resin member 12 with a thinner wall thickness to make it easier to grip. In addition, in order to withstand twisting force and tensile force when operating the handle, a small amount of adhesive may be used between each laminated layer of the heat insulating material 13, heat generating unit 14, outer skin 15, etc. to partially fix it, or even large forces may be applied. The receiving portion may be reinforced with a binding thread or the like, and the entire body may be tightly tightened with the binding thread 23 used in the outer skin 15. Further, between the pitches of the wired heating elements 17, a foamed resin such as urethane, carbon-containing PVC resin, or other silicone resin is provided, which has good thermal conductivity and is hard enough to prevent the heating wires 17 from rising to the surface. The heating wire 17 is prevented from protruding on the surface of the outer skin 15. Also,
As shown in FIG. 10 or 11, the heating wire 17 may be wired in the circumferential direction of the handle body or in a zigzag pattern along the circumference.

In the vehicle handle constructed as described above, the heating wire 17 of the heating unit 14 combined with the steering wheel body is in close contact with the inner surface of the heat equalizing member 16a, so that the surface temperature is uniform and can be heated uniformly.
Further, since the heating wire 17 and the cushion material 21 are thermally welded to the heat equalizing members 16a and 16b, heat conduction to the heat equalizing member 16a is good, and rapid heating performance is obtained. Furthermore, since the heat generating wire 17 is fixed to the cushion material 21 and the heat equalizing members 16a and 16b, when a force such as twisting or pulling is applied when operating the handle, the heat generating wire 17 may move and break. There's nothing wrong with this. The sheet-like heat generating unit 14 having the heat generating wire 17, the heat insulating material 13, the outer skin 15, etc. are bonded together, so there is no loosening or sagging, and the heat insulating material 13 can prevent heat from escaping to the handle body 10.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, in the vehicle steering wheel of the present invention, it is easy to incorporate a heat generating unit, the surface temperature is made uniform by the heat equalizing member, and the heat equalizing member on the opposite side reflects radiated heat, so that the heat is reduced. There is little run-off, and cushioning material is placed between the two heat equalizing members to reduce the unevenness of the heating wire when operating the handle, making it possible to operate the handle more comfortably.
