Optical sorting devices that sort granular materials such as grains based on their surface color have already been proposed. In this sorting device, it is customary to use a falling chute to advance the particulate matter to be sorted. It is advantageous to increase the width of this downstream chute in terms of increasing the quantitative sorting efficiency, but on the other hand, it has the disadvantage that particulate matter tends to move laterally when flowing down. Therefore, if a large number of grooves are formed in the bottom plate of the downstream chute and the particulate matter is allowed to flow down along these grooves, the above-mentioned difficulty can be solved, but if the bottom plate is simply formed into a normal corrugated plate, the bottom plate will It has the drawback that it is partially warped and deformed, causing uneven flow down, and depending on the shape of the groove, it is not possible to smoothly flow down the particulate matter.

The characteristics of the downstream chute of the present invention are that, in the downstream chute in which a vertical groove for guiding the flow of particles to be sorted is formed in the bottom plate of the chute, the bottom plate is used as a combined body, and a plurality of single bottom plates are arranged in parallel; They are connected and fixed to each other to form a single bottom plate, each single bottom plate is formed into a wave shape, a plurality of vertical grooves are formed on the surface of the single bottom plate, and the radius of curvature of the troughs of the waveform is set to the size of the particulate material to be sorted. By increasing the size to match the particle size and reducing the radius of curvature of the peaks, the shape of the chute bottom plate is better maintained, granular material is granulated smoothly, and the manufacturing of the falling chute is facilitated. There is a particular thing.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The downstream chute of the present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. 1 is a downstream chute, and 2 is its bottom plate. The downstream chute 1 is provided in an inclined manner,
The granules to be sorted are supplied to the upper end, flow down on the chute surface, increase in speed, and fly out from the lower end. Immediately after flying out of the chute, the granules are irradiated with a light beam, the reflected light is measured by a light receiving sensor, and if the amount of reflected light is an abnormal value, the abnormal granules are blown away with an air gun, and granules with an abnormal surface color are removed. are selected and removed. Chute bottom plate 2
is formed by laying several bottom plates 3 in parallel, and each bottom plate 3 is corrugated and has a plurality of longitudinal grooves 4 formed on its surface. Further, the wave shape of the sole plate 3 is not a normal one, and the radius of curvature of the trough portion 5 of the wave is large, and the radius of curvature of the crest portion 6 is small. The radius of curvature of the valley part is formed to match the particle size of the granules so that the granules A can easily slide down. For example, if the granules to be sorted are rice, the radius of curvature is about 2 to 3 mm. It is appropriate, and the radius of curvature is made larger for particles with large diameters such as beans. The radius of curvature of the mountain portion 6 is preferably small, and may be completely bent. Also, the angle of inclination of the side walls is preferably about 50 to 70 degrees.
The size of the waves (pitch) is free, and the size of the waves can be adjusted to 1
When flowing down in a line one by one, make it smaller.
The size should be increased when granules are flowed down in multiple stages in a state in which they are stacked one on top of the other.

Upright walls 7 are formed on both sides of each bottom plate unit 3, and the upright walls 7 of adjacent bottom plate units 3 are joined together and connected by through bolts 8. 9 is a spacer for determining the interval. As a result, the sole plate 3 is firmly held in position, and there is no partial warp deformation, so that the particulate matter can always flow down uniformly and smoothly.

As described above, in the downstream chute of the present invention, the bottom plate is formed by laying out a plurality of single bottom plates in parallel, each of the single bottom plates are firmly connected and fixed to each other, and each single bottom plate is is wave-shaped, and grooves are formed on the surface to guide the flow of particles down, and the radius of curvature is large at the troughs of the waves, while the radius of curvature is small at the peaks of the waves. As a result, the downstream chute is easy to manufacture, has good position retention performance when installed,
Particulate matter can always flow down in a constant and smooth manner.
