製造装置である。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a fleece 2 having the shape shown in FIG. The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a covering yarn in which a covered yarn 5 is present. More specifically, when making this yarn, the cover yarn is ballooned and wrapped around the fleece, but the scattered cotton around the balloon adheres to the cover yarn, and this attached scattered cotton is not transferred to the cover yarn and is wrapped around the cover yarn. While the wrapped cotton slips on the surface of the cover thread and stays at the balloon position, the wrapped cotton gradually grows larger and becomes a clump, causing damage. The apparatus of the present invention is a covering yarn manufacturing apparatus that prevents the formation of rolled cotton clumps.

That is, a pair of front rollers 1, 1' of the fleece discharging means A discharges a fleece 2 made of short fibers having a predetermined thickness, that is, a predetermined total denier. The fleece 2 is supplied to a cover winding means B located below the fleece discharge means A. The cover thread winding means B has a hollow spindle 3 supported by a frame and rotated at high speed by a drive means, and has a cover thread bobbin 4 supported by the outer periphery of the hollow spindle. ing.

The covering yarn 6 is passed through the hollow hole of the hollow spindle 3 while being wrapped around the fleece 2 and taken out from the lower end of the hollow hole.

It is not transported along with the cover yarn, but slides along the surface of the cover yarn while being stagnant at the ballooning position, gradually growing into a larger rolled cotton mass. The growth of the wound cotton clump becomes more pronounced as the rotation of the hollow spindle increases, and the more the cover is a filament, the more slippery the yarn is, the more likely it is to occur, causing trouble as described below.

Conventionally, the preventive measures shown in FIG. 4 have been taken to prevent scattered cotton from adhering to the cover yarn and from growing a clump of wound cotton. That is, a transparent container 11 is fixedly provided surrounding the cover yarn bobbin 4 of the cover yarn winding means B and the ballooning of the cover yarn 5, and the transparent container 11 is provided with a needle 12.
