方法に関するものである。(Prior art) When the power supplied to a slave station is cut off, there are two reasons for this: a fuse, etc. is cut off in the indoor power line from the power receiving equipment to the slave station, and the power supply from the power company is cut off. It is thought that there is. In a system such as an online system or a remote monitoring system that consists of a center and multiple slave stations, if there is a failure in the power supply to the slave stations, it is necessary to ensure that the center is notified of the failure. In some systems, even after the power to each slave station is cut off, the slave stations must continue to operate the transmitting function until the data line is connected to the center and the failure message is sent. In order to achieve this, if the power from the main power supply device that supplies power to the slave station and the transmission equipment of the slave station is cut off, it is necessary to use a battery or the like to back up the power for a certain period of time. (However, this is not necessary if power is supplied only to the transmission device among the devices of the slave station from the line.) The present invention is designed to provide power when the power supply from the main power supply to the slave station is cut off. This invention relates to a method for reliably transmitting to the center side which of the above causes is the cause.

題があつた。 Conventionally, transmitting information about power outages caused by power outages to the center side is a phenomenon in which power outages occur due to each device of each slave station, and it is rare for multiple slave stations to experience power outages at the same time. Therefore, it is relatively easy to process reports, but power outages that occur due to power outages are caused by the power supply equipment of the power company, such as substations, so terminals located in specific areas that are supplied with power from the same power supply equipment, and remote monitoring There is a possibility that the power supply to all devices will be cut off (this can also occur due to typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) In this case, the terminals of slave stations in a wide area may suddenly turn to the center and experience a power outage almost simultaneously. When information was to be transmitted, there was a problem in that the line to the center was congested in preparation for line connection, making data transmission impossible.

とを目的とする。(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the conventional information transmission method, and is to determine the cause of power supply interruption from the main power supply device to the slave station,
By controlling transmission of power outage information from the slave station to the center according to the determination result, power supply from the main power source to the slave station is cut off while preventing congestion in transmission networks such as telephone lines. The purpose is to provide an information transmission method that can reliably transmit the information to the center.

A power supply line (feeder line) 1 of an electric power company passes through a transformer 2 of a power receiving facility 3 and supplies power to a terminal or remote monitoring device 5 and a transmission device 6, but these devices 5 and 6 each have a It is assumed that it is backed up by a backup power source such as a battery, and in the event of a failure such as a power outage, it will operate on that backup power source for a certain period of time. The power outage sensor 4 detects whether the feeder line 1 from the power company is energized or in a power outage, and detects and amplifies the magnetic field radiated from the power line with a coil placed a certain distance away. This operates the rear relay. The power to the circuit of this power outage sensor 4 is always supplied from an AC power source, but this sensor is also backed up by a battery and has the function of continuing the detection operation for a certain period of time even when the power supply is cut off. Such power outage sensors are commercially available under names such as "non-contact voltage detectors." The output of the power outage sensor 4 is led to the input 7 of the terminal 5, and in the event of a power outage, this information is taken into the terminal 5 as power supply interruption information and connected to the line by means of a dial connection or the like at the converter 9 via the transmission device 6. The data is then transferred to the processing device 10 at the center.

If the relay 80 detects that power is not being supplied to the terminal 5 and inputs the result to the terminal 8, the power failure sensor 4
If it detects that it is still receiving power correctly and enters the result in 7, it determines that this power outage is due to a fault in the indoor electrical circuit from the power receiving equipment to the terminal, and transmits information indicating that fact. The information is transferred to the center via the device.

If there is no abnormality in the power supply, the signals input to these terminals are sent to the center. In addition, in the event of a power failure, the information input to these input terminals 13, 14, etc. may be transmitted to the center as information in the power outage state, or information immediately before the power is cut off to the terminal, or other information. shall be ignored and only the power outage information will be sent.

In many cases, power is supplied from a different substation, for example, from a different system. In that case, the power receiving equipment 3, terminal/monitoring device slave station 5, and transmission equipment 6 shown in Figure 1 are connected to each of these separate power company power supply systems.

As a representative, information that the area is currently in a power outage state is transmitted to the center. This specific terminal may be one or more for each region, and in this case as well, similar to the above, in addition to the power outage information, other information at the time of power outage or immediately before power outage is provided. may be transmitted to the center at any time.

In fact, the relay 80 detects only the presence or absence of power supply from the power receiving equipment, and is not concerned with the presence or absence of power supply from the standby power source.

問題はないであろう。 According to the configuration and method described above, in the case of a failure of an electric power company where the cause of a power outage is likely to be widespread, only specific slave stations predetermined for each region transmit power outage information to the center. The degree of congestion is reduced, and line congestion can be prevented. In addition, in the case of the cause described above, which is considered to be an individual power outage in a slave station, each slave station freely transmits power outage information to the center as in the past, but individual power outages in slave stations are particularly problematic because it is extremely rare for many slave stations to occur at the same time. Probably not.

Using a transmission device operated by electric current transmitted through a telephone line and a simple control device,
In the event of a power outage, the local station identification signal stored in the control device and a signal indicating the power outage may be sent to the center; this method does not necessarily require a backup power source.
