本発明は、特に大径の樹脂管を製作するのに採
用される樹脂管の積層成形方法、詳述すれば、成
形型の内周成形面上に樹脂を複数回に亘つて積層
して樹脂管を成形する樹脂管の積層成形方法に関

従来、大径の樹脂管の製作は、第1図に示すよ
うに、成形型1の内周成形面2上に、作業者が樹
脂を積層ローラを用いて積層して樹脂層3を形成
し、そして適当な硬化時間を入れて複数回に亘つ
て積層することによつて樹脂管4を成形してい
た。この場合に各樹脂層3を全円周面に一体積層
することは、今、どこの積層部が硬化しているか
が目視によつて判別することができないことなど
により、困難であり、一般には何箇所かに分割イ
して積層を行なつていた。しかし、分割ごとに積
層して成形すると、第2図に示すように、他の分
割積層との境に硬化の差による境界ロができてお
り、この境界ロは接着の状態となる。また境界ロ
にはゴミなどの不純物が付着している。さらに硬
化時間が短かいと、トツプコート5は気化してし
まいパラフイン面になる。これらの要素が樹脂層

色を変えて積層する方法である。例えば、内周成
形面11上に、トツプコート13と、白色の耐食
樹脂層14と、緑色の強化樹脂層15と、赤色の
強化樹脂層16と黒色の耐食樹脂層17と、トツ
プコート18とをこの順で積層しており、その際
に各層14,15,16,17は各層ごとに全周
