BACKGROUND ART Recently, there has been active research and development into coated metal enclosures that are constructed watertightly and airtight by seam welding coated metal materials (mainly stainless steel materials) to the inner and outer surfaces of structures. The coated metal envelope is configured to be expandable and contractible against earthquakes, thermal stress, etc., and is designed to prevent damage. However, after constructing such a coated metal enclosure, if the legs of advertising towers, water tanks, air conditioning equipment, power equipment, etc. are attached to appropriate locations,
There was a serious problem in that it became impossible to expand and contract, and thermal distortion occurred at the periphery, leading to damage. That is, it was not possible to attach the legs while making the coated metal envelope expandable and contractible anywhere.

Therefore, the present invention seam-welds the rising parts of the covering metal materials that have formed rising parts on both sides of the main plate to form a joint part, and then repeats these in order to form a suitable coated metal envelope. The portion is cut into a substantially circular shape, the peripheral edge of the circular opening portion is raised to form an outer peripheral rising portion, and the lower part of the anchor bolt is fixed on the base within the circular opening portion, and the bottom of the circular bottom portion is cut out. A base plate with an inner rising part formed on the periphery is fitted into the outer rising part, and the upper part of the anchor bolt is exposed from the circular bottom part, and the outer rising part and the inner rising part are seam welded to form an annular connection. The lower end of the leg is placed on the foundation plate and fixed to the anchor bolt. In addition, even if the legs of a billboard or other equipment are fixed, the annular joint provided around the fixed part absorbs expansion and contraction, prevents thermal distortion, etc., and prevents damage. To provide a mounting device which solves the above problems, makes its annular joint part watertight and airtight, and is relatively easy to construct.

B is a coated metal material (for example, stainless steel) having a long or appropriate length that can be seam welded (approximately 0.2 mm to approximately 1 mm); Rising portions 2, 2 of 8 cm are formed. The covering metal material B, which is composed of the main plate 1 and the rising parts 2, 2, is a coiled steel plate that is integrally formed using a roll forming machine or the like. The covered metal material B is brought into contact with the inner or outer surface of the base part A, and a movable hanger 3 is fixed to the rising part 2 on one side of the coated metal material B with a bolt or the like. The tongue pieces 5 are overlapped, and a plurality of movable hangers 3 are provided at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rising portion 2. The movable hanger 3 has a hanger main body 4
A movable tongue piece 5 is slidably provided through a long hole or the like, and the hanger main body 4 is fixed to the base part A. Next, the rising portion 2 on the other side of the adjacent covering metal material B is overlapped with the rising portion 2 on one side of the preceding covering metal material B, and at the same time, the movable tongue piece 5 is held between them. At this time, the clamping portion may be spot welded. And the achievement of both, 2,
Seam welding (resistance welding) is performed near the upper end of 2 (in the case of spot welding, below this), and the joint 6
is formed. The joint portion 6 is formed such that the rising portions 2, 2 on the lower side of the seam welded portion gradually open as they move downward (see the drawing).
The upper end of the joint part 6 may be left as is (see the drawing), or the upper end may be folded downward to form a folded part. These steps are repeated one after another to construct a coated metal envelope. During or after the construction of the coated metal envelope, a suitable location of the coated metal material B constituting it (for example, the dotted oval line in Figure 4, which is generally constructed on the main plate 1, but in some cases (In some cases, a portion of the joint portion 6 may also be removed) is cut into a substantially circular shape (including an ellipse) (see FIG. 5). The outer periphery rising portion 7 is formed by raising the periphery of the circular opening by a slight height (for example, about 1 to 2 cm) (see FIGS. 8 and 9).
To actually process the outer peripheral rising portion 7, first,
In the first step, the periphery of the circular opening is bent upward with a chopstick or the like (see Figures 6 and 7), and then in the second step, the outer periphery is raised by hitting it with a hammer or the like. The portion 7 is formed substantially vertically (see FIGS. 8 and 9). To be more precise, the outer peripheral rising portion 7 has a steeply inclined portion on the lower side and a vertical portion on the upper side. Then, the anchor bolt 8 is fixed on the base portion A within the circular opening portion, that is, within the outer peripheral rising portion 7 . If the base A is concrete, one or more holes are drilled for burying the anchor bolts 8 (see Fig. 9), and the lower part of the anchor bolts 8 is buried and fixed in the holes (see Fig. 9). (See Figure 10). The anchor bolt 8 is buried as follows.
This may be carried out before forming the outer peripheral rising portion 7. A reinforcing plate 9 may be buried in the base part A around the anchor bolt 8 so as to be flush with the surface of the base part A (Figs. 2, 3, 1).
(See Figures 0 and 11).

In the present invention, the rising portions 2 on both sides of the main plate 1
The rising parts 2, 2 of the coated metal materials B and B that have been formed are seam welded to form a joint 6, and these steps are repeated sequentially to form a roughly circular shape at appropriate locations on the resulting coated metal envelope. The peripheral edge of the circular opening part is raised to form a rising outer peripheral part, and the lower part of the anchor bolt 8 is fixed on the base part A in the circular part, and the inner part is cut out to the peripheral edge of the circular bottom part 11. The base plate 10 on which the peripheral rising part 12 is formed is fitted into the outer peripheral rising part 7, and the upper part of the anchor bolt 8 is exposed from the circular bottom part 11, and the outer peripheral rising part 7 and the inner peripheral rising part 12 are seamed. Weld and annular joint 13
By placing the lower ends of the legs 14 on the foundation plate 10 and fixing them to the anchor bolts 8, advertisements can be placed on the coated metal envelope at appropriate locations during or after construction. An annular joint 13 is provided at the periphery of the circular bottom 11 to which the legs 14 of the tower etc. are fixed.
is configured to be expandable and contractible, and even if the expansion and contraction of the covered metal envelope, which is configured to be expandable and contractible in response to earthquakes and temperature differences, acts as an external force on the attachment point of the legs 14, that force will All of this can be absorbed by the annular joint portion 13, thereby preventing deformation, damage, etc. from occurring at the periphery of the attachment portion of the leg portion 14. In other words, even if the legs 14 are fixed to the base part A, the coated metal envelope can be configured to be expandable and contractible independently of the base part A, and has excellent watertight and airtight properties that do not cause thermal distortion. I can provide something.
