以下本発明を第1図および第2図について説明
する。図において、11は長尺状の螢光灯照明器

に固着した安定器、14はソケツト12に装着し
た長尺状の螢光ランプ、15は螢光灯照明器具本
体11の下面外周に設けてなる箱形の枠体、16
は照明器具本体11の下側中央部の突出部に掛合
し支持ボルトで固定してなるルーバ支持体であつ
て、ルーバ掛止孔17を等間隔で多数形成してあ
る。18はルーバ支持体16のルーバ掛止孔17
に嵌入支持してなる横ルーバ、19は多数の透光
窓20を所定の間隔を有して構成してなる縦ルー
バであつて、横ルーバ18に等間隔で掛合してあ
る。縦ルーバ19と横ルーバ18の掛合は、両ル
ーバの掛合部に縦の切欠溝21を設けて構成して
ある。また同縦ルーバ19の透光窓20は第2図
に示すように例えば円形空孔を等間隔に構成して
ある。なお透光窓20は三角形、四角形、五角形

と共に投射光の一部が各縦ルーバの透光窓を通過
し、光源の位置しない箇所のルーバの間の照度を
補うことができ、グレアーを防止できると共に各
ルーバ間の照度差を少なくし、さらに縦ルーバの
透光窓により特殊な照明効果を得ることができる
