従来ヒータ式調理手段を併せもつ複合電気調理
器、例えば電子レンジ付オーブン等は、タイムス
イツチが電源スイツチを兼ねているため、加熱庫
内を予熱するには、タイムスイツチを設定する必
要があつた。ところが、タイムスイツチは設定時
間経過後は電源回路を開いてしまうので、予熱し
たつもりで長時間放つておくと、庫内の温度は下
がつてしまう。また、料理時間の設定ばかりでな
く予熱のためにタイマーを設定しなければならな
いという煩わしさがあつた。そこで本発明は予熱
専用のボタンを設けタイムスイツチがoffの時に
予熱設定が可能で、タイムスイツチを設定した時
には、解除される予熱回路を付加することによつ
て、上記の予熱操作の煩わしさを解決するもので
ある。またこの予熱回路を複合式調理器例えばヒ
ータ付電子レンジに応用した場合の例をも示して
ある。以下その構成を図に基いて説明する。

の接点2はNO端子12とつながつているのでリ
レーコイル5へ接点6を介して流れていた電流は
流れなくなり、リレーの接点7,6は、第1図に
示した位置になる。この時はヒータ9へは、タイ
ムスイツチのNO端子12、リレーの接点7、温
度調節器の接点8を介して電源電圧が供給され、
ヒータ9への通電はタイムスイツチ1および温度
調節器の接点8の開閉によつて制御される。

切替えられて、タイムスイツチ1の制御対象が電
子レンジ側になつた時、スイツチ15が開かれる
ので、リレー4のコイル5には電流が流れない。
切替スイツチ14の接点がNC側に入る(即ちヒ
ータ9がタイムスイツチ1の制御対象となつた)
時だけ予熱回路が形成される。また第4図は上記
の回路にドアの開閉に連動するドアスイツチ16
をタイムスイツチ1のNC端子10の後に入れた
例であり、ドアを開けることによつて予熱回路を
解除することができる。

は一担開始されれば、タイムスイツチの設定まで
続くので、従来のオーブンのようにタイムスイツ
チが復帰して、庫内が再び冷めてしまう心配もな
く使い勝手のよい予熱手段を提供できる。また切
替スイツチと連動、あるいはドアと連動させるこ
とによつて、ヒータの使用時にのみ予熱回路が作
動可能な状態にすることができるので、タイムス
イツチの制御対象として電子レンジが選択されて
いる時に誤まつて予熱ボタンを押しても予熱回路
が働かないなど合理的な復合調理器の予熱方式を
実現できる。
