Conventionally, mesh-type filters have been commercially available for household ventilation fans, but the separation rate of oil contained in the exhaust gas by this filter is low at 10 to 20%, so the exhaust gas contains a large amount of oil and fat. Exhaust gas was being released into the atmosphere, contributing to air pollution.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 1 is a motor whose back surface is attached to an outer frame 7, and reference numeral 2 is a disk whose center is fixed to the shaft 1a of the motor 1 by a fan mounting nut 8. The central portion 2a of the disk 2 protrudes toward the front side, and a plurality of bent full plates 3 bent in a substantially dogleg shape are erected on the front surface of the outer peripheral portion 2b of the disk 2.
In between, an oil and fat trapping path 4 is formed which is bent in a substantially dogleg shape along the radial direction of the disc 2, thereby forming an exhaust vane 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the baffle plate 3 has an outer main wing portion 3a that is inclined toward the rotational direction A of the disk 2 toward the inner circumference, and an inner circumferential side that is inclined toward the rotational direction A of the disk 2 toward the outer circumference. It consists of a secondary wing part 3b. The main wing section 3a has a larger width or a smaller inclination in the radial direction than the sub-wing section 3b, so that the blowing force is made stronger, which causes the exhaust blade 5 to rotate. The plate 3 is configured to exhaust air from the inner circumferential side of the disk 2 toward the outer circumferential side. In other words, the buffer plate 3 has an oil and fat trapping function and an exhaust (ventilation) function. 9 is a cover detachably attached to the outer frame 7 in front of the disc 2;
A suction port 10 is opened in a substantially annular shape opposite to the inner peripheral side of the buttful plate 3 of the outer peripheral part 2b,
The suction port 10 is tapered so that the width becomes narrower toward the inside.

When the exhaust vanes 5 are rotated, air is blown toward the outer circumference of the disk 2 to generate exhaust force, and the exhaust air is sucked into the ventilation fan A through the intake port 10 and accelerated at the intake port 10, and the oil and fat content in the exhaust gas is The exhaust gas collides with the disc 2 at high speed and is separated and captured.Furthermore, when the exhaust gas passes through the oil trapping path 4, its passing speed is increased and the direction is changed rapidly, and the oil and fat collide with the buttful plate 3. Separated and captured. The degreased exhaust gas from which oil and fat have been separated in this way is discharged to the outside through an opening on the back surface of the outer frame 7. In addition, the captured oil and fat that has adhered to the exhaust blade 5 is scattered by the centrifugal force of the rotation of the exhaust blade 5, and is scattered on the inner circumferential surface 7a of the outer frame 7.
Attach to. Reference numeral 6 denotes an annular baffle plate for preventing scattered oil and fats and oils and fats adhering to the inner circumferential surface 7a of the outer frame 7 from scattering or flowing toward the back side of the outer frame 7. As shown in FIG. 1, when the ventilation fan A is installed vertically on a window or wall, etc., the oil and fat adhering to the outer frame 7 flows downward, and due to the slope of the inner circumferential surface 7a, the outer frame 7 It is collected in the lower oil cup 11. Further, when the ventilation fan A is installed horizontally on the ceiling surface etc., the oil and fat adhering to the outer frame 7 flows down and is collected on the back surface of the cover 9, and is collected in the oil cup 11 provided on the cover 9. It will be done. In addition, although the main wing part 3a and the secondary wing part 3b of the baffle plate 3 are slightly curved in FIG. 2, they may be straight as shown by broken lines.

What is shown in FIG. 5 is still another example of the present invention,
Main wing part 3 inclined toward the rotational direction A of the disc 2 toward the inner circumference
A is provided on the inside, and a secondary wing portion 3b is provided on the outside, which is inclined toward the rotational direction A of the disc 2 toward the outer periphery.
Therefore, the bending direction is opposite to that shown in FIG. Of course, the main wing section 3a has a stronger blowing force than the sub wing section 3b. In this case as well, the main wing portion 3a and the secondary wing portion 3b may be formed in a straight line as shown by broken lines.

What is shown in FIG. 6 is still another example of the present invention,
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, an auxiliary wing 3c is provided in succession on the inner peripheral side of the main wing portion 3a to improve the oil and fat trapping efficiency. However, the aileron 3c is of such a type that it does not obstruct exhaust from the full plate 3.

FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the dimensional relationship of an embodiment of the household ventilation fan and the buff-full plate 3 of the present invention. In addition, the air volume and static pressure characteristics of the household ventilation fan having the dimensions shown in Fig. 10 were tested based on JIS B 8330 "Testing and Inspection Methods for Air Blower", and the air volume and static pressure characteristics of the present invention were tested in accordance with the same test. FIG. 11 shows a graph comparing the air volume and static pressure characteristics of a conventional pressurized ventilation fan. In FIG. 11, the dotted line indicates the air volume/static pressure characteristics of the conventional pressurized ventilation fan, and the solid line indicates the air volume/static pressure characteristics of the domestic ventilation fan of the present invention shown in FIG. 10. Note that the above test was conducted at 60Hz. As is clear from FIG. 11, it has been found that the domestic ventilation fan of the present invention has almost the same air volume and static pressure characteristics as the conventional pressure ventilation fan.

As described above, the present invention includes a plurality of bent full plates bent in a substantially dogleg shape, which are erected on the front surface of the outer periphery of a disc that is rotationally driven by a motor, and a plurality of buttful plates that are bent approximately in a dogleg shape are arranged approximately along the radial direction of the disc between the buttful plates. The exhaust vane is formed by forming a dogleg-shaped grease trapping path, and as the exhaust vane rotates, air can be blown from the inner circumference side of the disk toward the outer circumference side. This allows indoor air to be forcibly exhausted to the outside.Moreover, when the air is exhausted, the exhaust flows through a grease trapping path, and when passing through the grease trapping path, the exhaust gas is removed. The oil impinges on the exhaust plate and is efficiently separated from the exhaust gas and captured. For example, when used in a kitchen, 60 to 80% of the oil and fat in the exhaust gas can be separated, which is effective in preventing air pollution. . In other words, the fats and oils that collide with the buttful plate and are separated from the exhaust air are cooled by the collision and stick to each other to form a lump of oil, so even if the oil is captured by the buttful plate, it will scatter back onto the outer frame. Even if it is ivy, it adheres to the outer frame, flows along the outer frame due to the oil's own weight, and is collected in the oil storage area, preventing it from being mixed with the exhaust air and released into the atmosphere. It is something that will be done.
