とおよび高温度であることのために蒸気流量計自
体の精度を簡単に検定試験する方法がまだ知られ
ていない。

れる蒸気用流量計a(どんな型式の流量計でもよ
い。)が介装され、これに続いて下流側に復水器
11が接続されている。この復水器11は冷却水
循環回路12が熱交換器を介して設けられ、蒸気
を凝結して復水とすることができる。13はさら
に配管9の下流側に介装した液面制御タンクで、
前記復水器11と別体でも一体でもよい。14は
前記液面制御タンク13に貯溜した水の液面を一
定レベルに制御しながら一定圧力の下に配管9に
設けた基準流量計A内を流通させることができる
制御バルブで、基準流量計Aの下流側に設けてあ
る。

気用流量計の精度を試験するようにしたので全体
の試験装置は頗る簡単であると共に蒸気の状態で
計測した値を凝結した復水の状態に位相変化させ
て実質的に同一な流体によつて基準流量計の計測
値を対比試験しているので、この種のすべての型
式の蒸気用流量計に適用して高精度の検査がで
き、しかも、液面制御タンクの水面をたえず一定
に保つようにしているので、蒸気用流量計を流れ
る蒸気の条件を常に一定に保持することができ、
常に一定の計測条件で試験することができる。

準流量計に流し、この基準流量計で測定された計
測値と前記蒸気用流量計の指示値と比較すること
により前記蒸気用流量計を校正するようにしたこ
とを特徴とする蒸気用流量計の試験装置。 2 前記蒸気の圧力、復水の温度、密度を計測す
ることにより蒸気の質量流量を求めるようにした
ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の蒸
気用流量計の試験装置。
