る精紡室から発する風騒音は労働環境を悪化し、
作業員の能率を低下せしめる。更に管糸表面の随
伴気流は精紡機の機台の両側に沿う大きな空気の
流れを生ぜしめ風綿の飛散と共に多大の動力損失
をもたらす。又空気抵抗によつて管糸表面の糸層
からは繊維端が突出し、糸の毛羽立ちを生ずると
共に、この毛羽が更に空気抵抗の増加をもたらす
という悪循環を生ずる。

費等の問題は殆んど解決することが判つた。
