In recent years, as spindle speeds have increased, various problems have arisen due to rotational friction between the tube surface and the surrounding air. One of them is the generation of noise. The wind noise emitted from the spinning room, which accommodates tens of thousands of spindles, worsens the working environment.
Reduces worker efficiency. Furthermore, the accompanying airflow on the surface of the tube causes a large airflow along both sides of the frame of the spinning machine, resulting in the scattering of fluff and a large power loss. Furthermore, due to air resistance, fiber ends protrude from the yarn layer on the surface of the tube yarn, causing fluffing of the yarn, and this fluffing further increases air resistance, creating a vicious cycle.

い。 In order to prevent these drawbacks associated with high-speed rotation of the spindle, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 141-1987, the side circumference of the bobbin is surrounded by a cylindrical separator,
A soundproofing device has been proposed in which a ring holder is provided so as to be movable up and down. However, in this device, a cylindrical separator with a height that covers the entire length of the bobbin inserted into the spindle is always attached, which significantly impedes operability during thread splicing, doffing, etc. The means for attaching and supporting the ring becomes complicated and structural problems remain, making it impractical.

That is, it has been found that problems such as noise and power consumption can be almost solved by covering only the large-diameter tube yarn portion where the yarn layer is formed, even if the entire bobbin is not completely covered.

特徴とするものである。<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been made based on the above-mentioned findings, and provides a bobbin that is fitted onto a spindle that is erected on the axis of the ring by raising and lowering the ring. In a ring-winding spinning machine that guides spun yarn to form a tube yarn, a cylindrical cover surrounding the spindle is provided below the ring so as to be movable up and down together with the ring to cover the circumference of the tube yarn portion of the bobbin. It is characterized by the fact that

For example, it is composed of a flexible tube or a telescopic cover, and its upper end is attached to the lower part of the ring, and its lower end is attached to a fixed part of the spinning machine such as a spindle rail, and as the ring moves up and down, it expands and contracts while covering the tube and thread. It has been made possible.

is located below the spindle 2, and accordingly, the cover 8 also extends down to the vicinity of the spindle rail 1, as shown by the imaginary line. In this case, in order to avoid interference with the spindle tape 3, a slit 11 is provided in the lower part of the cover 8 as shown in FIG.

Therefore, collision of airflow with adjacent weights is prevented, and the pulling out of fibers from the tube surface due to airflow turbulence and power loss due to turbulence are drastically reduced. Wind noise is also reduced due to the sound insulating effect of the cover.

is used. The cover 18 has its upper end secured to the lower part of the ring 5, and its lower end secured to a base 12 fixed to a stationary part of the machine base such as the spindle rail 1. It is necessary that the length of the flexible pipe is set to have a sufficient length so that it does not fully extend even when the ring 5 rises to the highest position (Fig. 3A). It is clear that with this configuration, the cover 18 expands and contracts as the ring 5 moves up and down, completely surrounding the tube section B. In this embodiment, it is not necessary to consider the problem of interference between the cover 18 and the spindle tape 3 (FIG. 3B).

Collisions between the two are avoided and rotational resistance of the tube and yarn is drastically reduced, thereby preventing yarn fuzz and loss of power. Also, the chase part is always open, so you can join the threads,
It does not impair operability during doffing work.
