は上部で凹部1から脱落して受樋B内のらせんコ
ンベアCに落入し、その凹部1に嵌入してもその
持上げの途中で落下し籾とともに矢印ホ方向へ移
行する玄米は小凹部2を形成する内周面によつて
選別作用を受けるようになる。この小凹部2を形
成する内周面では凹部1による持上げ作用によつ
て玄米の混合割合が小となり、逆に籾の混合割合
が大になつて籾が小凹部2に嵌入しようとするけ
れども、小凹部2は凹部1よりも小さく形成され
ているから籾は嵌入できず玄米のみが嵌入して前
記同様にして受入板24に受入れられてらせんコ
ンベアCに落入し、籾は小凹部2に対し嵌入する
ことはできずにすべり落ちながらさらに矢印ホ方
向へ移送されて樋23を通し籾コンベア5に落入
し、そのまま籾スロワー16によりホツパー14

籾排出側にかけての内周面には前記凹部よりやや
小さくして玄米のみを嵌入させる大きさの小凹部
2を多杉形成するとともに、前記選別筒に架設し
た玄米受入用受樋内にはらせんコンベアを軸架
し、選別筒の籾排出側端部を籾摺部に連通して構
成したのであるから、選別筒内に供給された混合
米は選別筒の回転方向がわに偏位して回流する流
動層を形成しながら籾排出側に向けて移行する間
に玄米は受樋内に持上げられて選別されるから、
混合米供給側から途中部にかけては混合米中の玄
米の混合割合は大で籾の混合割合が小であるのに
対し、途中部から籾排出側にかけては籾の混合割
合が大で玄米の混合割合は小となるが、この玄米
の混合割合が大である混合米供給側から途中部に
かけては玄米が充分に嵌入可能な程度の大きさの
凹部が形成されていて玄米の持上げ作用を旺盛に
して能率を上げながら選別精度は良くなり、ま
た、籾の混合割合が大となる途中部から籾排出側
にかけては玄米のみを嵌入させる小凹部が形成さ
れているから玄米よりも混合割合が大になつてい
る籾が先に嵌入しようとしても嵌入できず玄米の
みを持上げるから籾が持上げられた玄米中に混入
することがなく選別精度を低下させないようにし
て選別するから、1つの円筒形回転選別筒で選別
能率を向上させながら精度良く選別することが可
能となり、籾排出側から出る籾は籾摺部に返され
て再び脱されるようになつて良好な籾摺選別が
でき、全体を小形にすることもでき好適に実施で
