As a conventional insulated trolley of this type, the conductor strip is molded with appropriate flexibility and tensile strength, and is continuous in the length direction with an approximately U-shaped cross section and an opening on one side. An insulated trolley having a structure provided with an insulating cover has been devised.

Taking advantage of its flexibility, this product is wound into a drum or uncoiled and then transported as a long product. At the installation site, the wrapped insulating trolley is unwound and fed out. The terminals of the conductor strips are held in tension by the brackets using the tensioning device using the given tensile strength, and the insulating cover is supported in the middle by hangers, so that no connections are made in the moving section of the equipment. This is a so-called tension installation type.

However, conventional insulated trolleys are manufactured by covering an insulating cover with a conductor strip so that it is exposed between the set openings of the insulating cover, and after transporting and installing the conductor strip, the exposed portion of the conductor strip is used as a current collector. It is intended to be used as a contact surface.

However, when doing so, the insulating covers are spaced apart from each other at the set opening, which weakens the self-holding force against the conductor strip, making it difficult to remove (straighten) the bends during winding and wire stretching. If excessive force was applied, there was a risk that the conductor strip would separate from the insulating cover.

Conventionally, such problems have been dealt with by creating irregularities or special protrusions on the conductor strip itself to increase its grip on the insulating cover. This makes it difficult to adapt to the current situation where various conductor shapes are required depending on the current capacity.

In addition, such an insulating cover is continuously coated on the supplied conductor strip by an extrusion molding method to improve the adhesion between the two. It is necessary to install special extrusion equipment for molding and coating, and if extrusion is performed without the molding cap being installed accurately, leakage of the extruded material will often adhere to the exposed portion of the conductor strip. In some cases, this deposit becomes an obstacle to the contact movement of the current collector, and must be removed, which is disadvantageous as it requires very difficult work and a large number of man-hours.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following basic structure and method. That is, in the structure, first, a protective film that is removably connected to the insulating cover is provided on the conductor strip surface, that is, the current collector contact providing surface in the opening set in the insulating cover, and then the insulating cover is closed. The purpose of the protective film is to suppress the separation action between the openings of the conductor strip and to restrict the movement of the conductor strip, and the protective film is provided so that it can be removed at any time to create an exposed portion of the conductor strip.

In addition, when applying such a protective film, the conductor strip to be supplied is coated by extrusion molding together with the insulation coating strip through the thin wall part, so that the extrusion molded product is interposed between the conductor strip and the cap. The aim is to manufacture a purpose-built insulated trolley.

Furthermore, when installing such an insulating trolley, the insulating trolley is mounted and supported with a hanger clamp while the protective film is covered, and the conductor strip is securely held within the insulating cover by the gripping force of the hanger clamp. The purpose is to separate and remove the protective film to expose the conductor strips after the conductor is used for current collection.

A more detailed explanation will be given below based on the drawings of the embodiment. In the figure, 1 indicates a molded conductor strip, and 2 indicates an insulating cover. In this example,
This is an example of a structure applied to a large capacity device of about 600A, in which the conductor strip 1 consists of a tensile strength core portion 11 made by twisting steel or hard copper wires 10, 10, and the outside thereof. and a stranded wire conductor part 13 formed by twisting wire bodies 12, 12... made of materials such as copper or its alloy, and the conductor part 13 is compressed with a roll or compressed after burning. Alternatively, the surface is smoothed by twisting wedge-shaped linear bodies that have been previously formed into a substantially trapezoidal cross section.

Thus, the conductor strip 1 and the insulating cover 2 are provided with a protective film 24 covering the surface of the conductor strip 1 that is to be exposed between the openings 21 of the cover 2. This protective film 24 is made very thin and is applied to the leg-shaped parts 20, 20 that define the opening 21 so as to integrally communicate with each other.
5, 25 have weakened portions 26, 26 which are made thinner than the main body of the membrane 24, and are also provided so that they can be easily separated by hand, and which are then attached to the conductor strip 1. It creates a relationship that can be separated.

That is, the wrapped insulating trolley is first fed out with the protective film 24 still attached, and the curls are removed using a clamping roller, etc., and then the wire is extended to the set laying section. As shown in the figure, the insulating cover 2 and the stranded conductor part 13 are stripped in stages, and the exposed end of the core part 11 is attached to a retaining fitting 70, and this fitting 70 is connected to a screw rod through an insulator 71. 72, a coil spring is inserted into the bracket 73 as necessary, and the screws 74 are used to connect the two halves of the hanger clamp 75 to the locking part 23 of the insulating cover 2, which is stretched by tightening this connection. Install it to provide intermediate support.

After that, the protective film 24 is removed at the weakened portions 26 and 26 and pulled downward to separate the exposed surface 14 for contacting the current collector 100 of the conductor strip 1 within the opening 21. is formed. In this way, the conductor strip 1 from before the wire is stretched to when the tension is laid after the wire is stretched is firmly held down by the protective film 24 and securely held within the insulating cover 2 in the same manner as during winding. Therefore, the work can be carried out without worrying about the conductor coming off, and it is possible to provide a laid line in which the conductor strip 1 is reliably insulated and supported by the gripping force of the hanger clamp 75.
Moreover, since the protective film 24 can closely protect the surface of the conductor strip within the opening, it has the following effect. That is, while it remains stretched and intermediately supported,
If the start of practical use is extended, the protective film 24 is attached during that time, and the film 24 is separated and removed immediately before current collection is required, thereby preventing contamination and the formation of an oxide film. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to create an insulating trolley that eliminates the detachment of conductor strips that tends to occur before or during installation, and for example, the conductor strips are not provided with special biting protrusions, etc. Even materials with weak bonding strength to the insulating cover, such as wire conductors, can be fully put into practical use. Therefore, when various conductor structures are required depending on the current capacity, it can be quickly adapted and has a wide range of applications. .

Even when such an insulating cover is applied to the conductor strip by extrusion molding, the conductor strip does not come into contact with the cap, and there is no need to remove any leaking resin, and stable production is possible even when the extrusion speed is increased. Therefore, production efficiency is improved and an economical insulated trolley can be provided.
