(発明の構成)
上記目的を達成するために本発明による炉の出
入口のシール装置は、ストリツプ熱処理炉の出入
口に連通する炉外側に上下一対のロールを数対、
ストリツプの進行方向に適宜間隔を存して並設す
ると共に隣接する上部ロール間及び下部ロール間
にストリツプに向かつてガスを噴流するノズルを
配設し、これらのノズルを蓄圧室に連通させてな
るもので、ストリツプを挾持、搬送するロール間
にノズルからガスを噴流させて静圧を発生させる
と共に外気と炉内雰囲気とを完全に遮断するよう

に構成しているので、ストリツプの進行方向に隣
接する上下一対のロール間にガスを噴出させるこ
とによつて静圧が発生し、この静圧とロールとに
よりストリツプの熱処理炉の出入口を完全にシー
ルして炉内と外気とを遮断することができ、その
上、このようにシールしてもロールを介してスト
リツプを円滑に移動させることができるものであ
り、又、その静圧の調整もノズルからのガス噴出
