We try to sort out whether they are the same or not, but with this method there is a risk that the valuable belongings left behind may be damaged by the dog, and the belongings given to the dog may be contaminated with the dog's saliva. Therefore, attempts by other dogs to track footprints or sort items using these left behind often failed. Furthermore, if there were no items left behind at the crime scene, it would be impossible for police dogs to track the suspect and sort out the items.

る。 The present invention focuses on the fact that police dogs have a sense of smell that far exceeds human imagination, and efficiently transfers the suspect's body odor from footprints and fingerprints left at the crime scene to a piece of cloth. One example of this will be explained based on the drawing. 1 is a metal case, and the top surface of the lid body 2 fitted on the top end is It has a glass window 3 and an exhaust port 4, and a thermometer 5 is attached inside the glass window 3. Reference numeral 6 denotes a lower extractor provided at the bottom of the case 1, and a housing portion 8 for the gelatin sheet a is formed within the extractor 6.
This gelatin sheet a has a gelatin film 8 formed on the surface of a synthetic resin sheet 7, and this gelatin film 8 is covered with a cardboard 9. Reference numeral 10 denotes an upper extractor provided at the upper part of the case 1, and the bottom plate of the upper extractor 10 is formed by a support plate 12 on which a piece of cloth 11 is placed, and this support plate 12 has a large number of ventilation holes 13. There is. Reference numeral 14 denotes a hot air supply pipe disposed in the center of the case 1, that is, between the lower extractor 6 and the upper extractor 10, and has a number of air blowing ports 15 bored in the lower side.
A socket 16 is fixed to one side of the case 1, and one end of the hot air supply pipe 14 is connected to the inner end of the socket. 1
7 is a hot air generator equipped with a heater and a fan, 18 is a cord connected to the hot air generator 17, and 19 is a plug connected to the end of the cord, which fits into the power source of a car lighter. be.

11に付着するのである。 First, the cardboard 9 of the gelatin sheet a is peeled off to expose the gelatin film 8, and this gelatin film 8 is pressed against the footprints or fingerprints left by the suspect at the crime scene to copy the footprints, etc. on the gelatin film 8, and then This gelatin sheet a is housed in the lower extractor 6 so that the gelatin film 8 is on the upper side, a piece of odorless cloth 11 is placed on the support plate 12 of the upper extractor 10, and a hot air generator 17 is connected to the socket 16. At the same time, connect the plug 19 to the power source of a car lighter and heat the temperature inside the case 1 to 36 to 40℃.
If hot air is blown into the body, the suspect's body odor will leak out from the footprints or fingerprints on the gelatin film 8 and adhere to the piece of cloth 11 in 3 to 5 minutes.

The storage part 8 for the gelatin sheet a was formed by the above method, and the support plate 12 for the cloth piece 11 was formed by the upper part extraction 10.
Divide the case into two halves, and place a gelatin sheet a on the bottom.
A supporting plate 12 for the cloth piece 11 is formed on the upper part.
The hot air supply pipe 13 may be provided at the lower part of the upper case, that is, below the support plate 12.

However, in this case, it is necessary to use a breathable partition between the gelatin sheet a and the cloth piece 11 so that the cloth piece 11 does not come into direct contact with the gelatin film 8 and leave footprints or fingerprints.

In addition, the piece of cloth from which the suspect's body odor was collected and the four pieces of cloth with the so-called seductive odor, which were taken in the same manner as above from the footprints of four people who had nothing to do with the incident, were arranged on a sorting table. If a police dog is made to smell a piece of cloth from which the body odor of the suspect was taken directly, and then sniffed the five pieces of cloth on the sorting table, the police dog will sort out the cloth from which the suspect's body odor was taken. When this happens, the body odor of the suspect and the suspect is the same, confirming that they are the same person. On the other hand, when the suspect cannot be identified, the body odors of the suspect and suspect are different, which confirms that they are not the same person.

ものである。 As described above, the method of collecting a suspect's body odor from footprints or fingerprints according to the present invention, and the body odor sampler used in the method, can be used even when there are no remains left at the crime scene. Since the suspect's body odor can be collected on a piece of cloth, police dogs are used to track footprints and carry out so-called article sorting to confirm whether the suspect's odor is the same as the suspect's body odor, just as in the case of left behind items. It is something that can be done. Moreover, unlike the case where a dog is directly sniffed at the footprints at the crime scene, this method is extremely convenient because the footprints are first copied onto a gelatin sheet and then transferred to a piece of cloth, so the investigation can be carried out while carrying the piece of cloth. Also, since body odor can be collected on multiple pieces of cloth at the same time, it is possible to repeatedly trace footprints using different police dogs. Furthermore, if the gelatin sheet transfers the odor to a piece of cloth and then overlaps the gelatin film with cardboard, the suspect's footprints can be preserved for any length of time.

This has the effect of allowing footprints to be traced immediately from the crime scene. In addition, if there are items left behind at the crime scene, the body odor sampler of the present invention can be used to directly transfer the suspect's body odor to the piece of cloth, so there is no chance that the valuable items left behind will be damaged by police dogs. It will be resolved.

After collecting the suspect's footprints or fingerprints on a gelatin sheet, the gelatin sheet and a piece of odorless cloth are sealed in a case, and hot air is blown into the case to an extent that the gelatin does not melt. By heating a gelatin sheet, the suspect's body odor that is attached to the sheet along with footprints and fingerprints is released into the case, and this is attached to a piece of cloth to remove the suspect's body odor from footprints and fingerprints. How to collect. 2 Place the gelatin sheet storage area at the bottom of the case.
Suspected from footprints or fingerprints, the method is characterized by a support plate made of a piece of cloth with ventilation holes at the top, and a hot air supply pipe with a number of downward ventilation holes arranged between the support plate and the housing. A body odor sampler that collects a person's body odor.
