この発明は、一定速度で回転又は周動する回転

れたシート材の先端を合せる位置合せ装置に関す

一定速度で回転している回転体6の周面上のシー
ト材先端と合わせるべき所定位置nがPの位置に
来た時レジストローラ1,2は駆動モータ4によ
り回転を開始し、シート材7を位置合せ点P′に向
つて給送する。回転体6上の上記の所定位置nが
点P′に到達した時にシート材7の先端もP′に達し
て位置合せができるように、回転体6の周速V、
レジストローラ1,2の給送速度V′PP⌒′の距離
a、レジストローラ1,2の接点とP′の間の距離

タ4をある範囲内自由に変えられるものとし、セ
ンサー5から位置合せ点P′迄一定の速度で搬送す
るものとしたがこの他次のように修正することも
可能である。即ち、駆動用モータ4の速度を基準
速度V1と高速度V2の2段階に変速できるように
し、シート先端検知時点の基準値からの遅れ量に
応じて、高速駆動時間と基準速度駆動時間の比率
を変化させ、回転体6上の点nとシート材先端の
位置合せを行うこともできる。以上説明した作動
をフローチヤートに示せば第3図の如くなる。
又、その制御回路のブロツク図を第4図に示す。
その作用は上記説明及び第3図のフローチヤート

体の外周面上の所定の位置に給送されたシート材
の先端を合せる位置合せ装置であつて、停止せる
給送ローラに先端を衝き当てた状態でシート材を
待期させ、上記の回転体又は周動体上の上記の所
定の位置がある位置に来たときに上記の給送ロー
ラの駆動を開始しシート材を給送して位置合せを
行う装置において、上記の給送ローラの駆動モー
タを可変速モータとするとともに、上記の給送ロ
ーラの下流側に位置するシート材先端検知手段
と、給送ローラの駆動開始より前記のシート材検
知手段がシート材先端を検知する時点迄の時間を
基準値と比較しそれらの差を求める手段と、その
差に応じて前記回転体又は周動体上の上記所定の
位置とシート材の先端とが同時に位置合せ位置に
到達するように前記給送ローラの駆動モータの回
転を制御する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする
