び挿入部へ返還させる様にしたもので、特に管糸
を自動巻返機のコツプマガジンに自動供給するに
好適なものである。

レイとすることもあり、管糸取出部に至る前に空
トレイを選別する必要が生ずる。

させ、管糸搭載トレイは管糸の外周面の一部を接
触して該搭載トレイを供給循環路側へ導く様な案
内選別規制部材を設けて構成したものである。

案内レール3及びベルト4によつて搬送され供給
装置9ではトレイ2の段付ピン2aにフオーク状
の壁付アームを作動させて管糸のみを引きあげて
抜脱すると共に前記アーム若しくは他の揺動部材
を作動させて引きあげた管糸を供給し、空トレイ
2は再びこの案内レールを走行して返還される様
になつている。一方管糸投入挿設装置6は、高所
に設けられたホツパー6aに多数の管糸1aを収
容し、案内樋等を用いて個々の管糸を投入する様
に構成され、その投下位置に開閉案内筒6cを設
けてその中心下位に係留位置せしめた空トレイ2
へ管糸を挿設する様に構成されている。尚この投
入挿設装置6としては管糸1aの口糸を引き出し
て保持し、投下挿設時においてこの引き出し口糸
を一定長さに切断すると共にその糸端を吸引気流
によつて管糸ボビンの天穴へ導入する様な手段を
併設する挿設装置であることが推奨され、自動巻
返機等へ供給する管糸搬送では口糸引き出し導入
手段を併設した投入挿設装置であることが好都合
である。

に接続した管糸挿入循環路と該挿入循環路の一部
に接続させ管糸搭載トレイを受け渡して移送しそ
の途中に管糸をトレイから抜脱して適当な装置に
供給する供給装置を設けた供給循環路とで構成
し、該供給循環路の空トレイ移送側を前記管糸挿
入循環路の空トレイ移送側に接続させると共に該
接続部の管糸搭載トレイ受け渡し部には、管糸搭
載トレイの管糸の一部に接触して該トレイを供給
循環路へ導き、空トレイは下をくぐつて通過させ
るような選別規制部材を設けて構成したことを特
徴とする管糸搬送装置。
