The inner circumferential surface of the discharge hole 4 provided was a rough surface with no luster, resulting in a disadvantage that a spinneret of poor quality was produced.

As shown in FIG. 2, stainless steel material adheres to the tip 3a of the punch tool 3, the deposit 5 grows, and after drilling approximately 1000 to 2000 holes, the punch tool 3
The tip 3a of the punch tool 3 completely adheres to the inner circumferential surface of the discharge hole 4 through the deposit 5, and as a result, when the punch tool 3 is raised, the deposit 5 is attached to the inner circumference of the discharge hole 4 as shown in FIG. This is because it scrapes the surface.

However, near the final part of the drilling process of the discharge hole 4, the lubricating oil 6 does not flow up to the tip 3a of the punch tool 3 as shown in FIG. 3b. The anti-seize effect of No. 3 was almost absent.

As shown in FIG. 4a, a metal such as Al, Cu, Pb, In, Ag, Au, Sn, brass, etc. A spinneret plate 1 made of stainless steel having a polymer guide hole 2 pre-drilled in the form of a blind hole is placed and fixed thereon.
After that, the bottom of the polymer guide hole 2 of the spinneret plate 1 is

As shown in the figure, since the metal lubricating thin plate 8 is pierced, components of the metal lubricating thin plate 8 adhere to the tip 3a' of the punch tool 3 as shown in FIG. The lubricant acts as a lubricant and disappears until the discharge hole 4 is completely drilled through the bottom of the lubricant.
Then, the tip 3a' of the punch tool 3 pierces the thin metal lubricating plate 8 again, so that the components of the thin metal lubricating plate 8 adhere to the tip 3a' of the punch tool 3.
Thus, each time the discharge holes 4 are drilled through the bottoms of the large number of polymer guide holes 2, the deposits 9 of the components of the lubricating thin metal plate 8 that adhere to the tip 3a' of the punch tool 3 serve as a lubricant. Disappear. Therefore, the tip end 3a of the punch tool 3 does not stick to the spinneret plate 1, and the inner circumferential surfaces of all the discharge holes 4 formed through the spinneret plate 1 have a mirror-like luster.

The spinneret 11 is completed by removing the 0 and making it smooth as shown in FIG.

という優れた効果がある。 As described in detail above, according to the method for making holes in a spinneret according to the present invention, a punch tool is used to make discharge holes through the bottoms of thousands to tens of thousands of pre-drilled polymer holes in a spinneret plate. Even if the punch tool is installed, the punch tool will not seize, and the inner circumferential surfaces of all the discharge holes will have a mirror-like luster, resulting in an excellent effect that a spinneret of good quality can be obtained.
