The tail thread is wound around the tail thread winding part of the rotating clip at the bottom, so that when the ring rail is raised during the next winding operation, the thread is continuously wound onto the bobbin using the tail thread winding part as a base point. However, when the full bobbin was pulled out from the spindle, the thread was pressed against the cutter in the thread regulating part of the rotating clip due to the tension and was cut, so the ring rail had to be raised during the next winding operation. When winding thread around an empty bobbin, the end of the thread remaining on the end winding section is free. Therefore, the thread must be held in the tail spool by friction between the surface of the spool and the thread wound thereon.

ンに付着したりする。 On the other hand, if the grip of the thread in the tail thread winding section is too strong, winding on the empty bobbin has started and the tail thread that has served its purpose cannot be removed easily with a brush or the like. If the remaining threads cannot be removed,
Since the tail thread is wrapped around the tail thread every time the tube is full, residual thread accumulates in the tail thread winding part, which causes
When the ring rail is raised during the next winding operation, it may become entangled with the crossover thread formed between the tail bobbin winding section and the tube bobbin winding section, causing thread breakage, or the free end of the remaining thread may break due to rotation of the spindle. and may adhere to neighboring bobbins.

きず、これでは作業能率の低下は避けられない。 For example, if the end bobbin winding part has a mirror surface, it is extremely easy to remove the remaining thread with a brush, etc., but on the other hand, it is troublesome to clean the surrounding area because a large amount of the remaining thread scatters. In this case, it is not possible to securely grip the handle unless it is wrapped around the tail end winding part approximately 7 times or more, which inevitably reduces work efficiency.

The tail thread winding part 2 having such projections 3 has a good thread gripping effect, and in the case of 40 count cotton thread, smooth work is ensured after winding the tail thread with about 3 turns, but the gripping force is too strong. In addition to the problems mentioned above, there were other drawbacks such as severe brush wear.

Since the troughs are V-shaped, the tail threads can be held securely, and since the top surfaces of the peaks are substantially flat, the tail threads can be removed relatively easily with a brush or the like.

The thread regulating section 4 has a plurality of pawls 5 spaced apart in the circumferential direction and an annular cutter 6 that is normally held by the pawls, and may be the same as the conventional one.

In this embodiment, since the protrusions 7 are provided in a twill pattern, both in the circumferential direction and in the axial direction of the spindle or end bobbin section 2, as understood from FIGS. 2B and 2C, The lower ends of adjacent circumferential ridgelines 7b, 7b and axial ridgelines 7c, 7c that define adjacent protrusions intersect, respectively. In addition, in the direction indicated by the symbol C in FIG. 2A, which is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the spindle axis, that is, the axis of the tail end winding part 2, FIG. A V-shaped valley is formed between the adjacent projections 7, 7 by two sloped surfaces 7d, 7d defined by the ridgelines 7b and 7c, and the valley and the peak, that is, the projection 7 and are continuous alternately along direction c.

きる。 In order to provide the protrusions 7 as described above on the tail end winding section 2, the peripheral surface of the end end winding section 2 is knurled in the same manner as before, and then the top surface of each projection is flattened by lathe processing. It may be formed by half-pressing the twill knurling. In the case of half-pressing the twill knurling, the thickness at the boundary between the slope forming the trough and the top surface of the crest is slightly raised, but in this case as well, the top surface can be considered to be substantially flat.

去され且つブラシの摩耗も殆ど目立たない。 Next, the operation of the rotary clip 1 of the present invention having the above-mentioned tail winding portion 2 will be explained. When the pipe is full, a ring rail (not shown) descends and winds the tail thread around the tail thread winding section 2. As in the conventional case shown in Figure 1A, use 40 count cotton thread and wind it a predetermined number of times (approximately 3 turns), then pull up the full bobbin and cut the crossover thread that connects the full bobbin and the end thread winding section. However, the tail thread wound around the tail thread does not loosen,
Thread can be automatically wound onto the next empty bobbin. In addition, at an appropriate point after winding the thread around the empty bobbin, cut the crossover thread connecting the empty bobbin and the end thread winding section, and then apply a brush to the remaining thread in the end thread winding section to perform the normal residual thread processing operation. The remaining threads are then easily removed and the wear of the brush is hardly noticeable.

For example, the plurality of rows of alternately successive troughs and peaks may be slightly inclined with respect to the circumferential direction of the tail end, or the rows may be slightly apart.

Since it is formed by multiple rows of troughs and almost flat peaks on the top surface, it is easy to remove with a brush even though the tail thread is securely gripped with the same number of windings as before. This can prevent various troubles caused by the accumulation of residual tail threads, reduce wear on the brushes, and lengthen the replacement cycle.
