いは拡大させて布への刺しゆうが行えるようにし
た刺しゆう器に関する。

のこの種刺しゆう器では、ならい針が固定の原画
をならい画きして、その動きをパントグラフ機構
を介して刺しゆう枠に伝えるようになつており、
ならい針と刺しゆう枠は同方向に動くため、例え
ば、ならい針を原画の右側に移動させると、ミシ
ン針が刺しゆう枠の左側に、またならい針を前方
に移動させるとミシン針が刺しゆう枠の後方に寄
るようになり、原画と逆さの刺しゆうが形成され
る難点があつた。刺しゆうが原画と逆さになるの
を補正し、同一向きとなるようにしたものもある
が、その分構造が複雑となつていた。また、なら
い針自体或いは、その付近を掴み、ならい針で原
画をなぞりながら刺しゆう枠を動かそうとする
と、刺しゆう枠に張設された布と針板との摩擦抵
抗によつて、ならい針と刺しゆう枠間にパントグ
ラフ機構の浮上り等によるたわみを生じ、パント
グラフ機構の精度不良も重なつて原画と刺しゆう
との間にずれが生じ易くなるという難点があつ
た。

少或いは拡大による刺しゆうを行うことはできな

願昭57−25078号において提案したタイプの刺し
ゆう器、すなわち固定レール1と、該レールを走
行するランナー2と、該ランナーの側方に穿設さ
れる図示しないランナーと、該ランナーに走行自
在に支持される可動レール3と、可動レール上に
固定され、刺しゆう枠或いは図示する如き布張設
部4によつて張設される布の布張設部5の側方又
はその周囲に原画を載置することのできる平面部
6を有し、刺しゆうを行うに際しては、その一部
をミシンヘツド7に載せて支持される取付板8を
有する刺しゆう器において、全体を付号10で示
すパントグラフ機構を取付板上に設けたものであ
る。パントグラフ機構10は、平行四辺形を構成
する四個のリンク11のうち、一端で軸着される
隣接のリンク11a,11bの各他端をそれぞれ
延長して形成している。原画を拡大した刺しゆう
を行う場合には、リンク11aの延長端であるA
点で固定の支柱、好ましくは固定レール1に固着
の支柱13に回動可能に軸支するとともに上記リ
ンク11a,11bと対向するリンク11c,1
1dの軸着点であるB点にならい針14を取着
し、またABの延長とリンク11bの延長部との
交点であるC点で取付板適所、好ましくは布張設
部5付近に軸支される。つぎに取付板の布張設部
5に常法により布を張設するとともに、原画12
をB点のならい針下に載置しセツトする。

した取付板の操作に困難性を生じることはない。
取付板8の操作を行い易くするため、好ましくは
図示するように取付板の前面両側につまみ17を
設けるとよい。
