Placing a finishing material on a large, strong floor like concrete and placing various devices on top of it makes it easy to design and manufacture factory equipment, but the electrical wiring for the devices runs back and forth on the floor. Not only is it a nuisance, but it also looks bad. In addition, when creating a flow of clean air to keep the air clean in a clean room such as a semiconductor factory, if the air is discharged from the lower side of the room, dust on the floor or equipment tends to fly up. , it is difficult to maintain clean air. Therefore, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 1, it is known to erect columns 2 on a concrete floor 1 and arrange upper floor plates 3 or air conditioning grilles to form a prefabricated double floor. The earthquake resistance of the pillar 2 can be improved by fixing it by driving an anchor bolt 4 into the concrete floor 1. CBL shows electrical cables that will be routed between the concrete floor by cutting a part of the upper floorboard. Furthermore, measures are taken to prevent the upper floor plate 3 from floating up due to earthquake vibrations. In the partial side view shown in Fig. 2, the bracket 5 is attached to the seismic support column 2.
and the turnbuckle 6 is installed between it and the upper floor plate 3. Two turnbuckles are provided in the diagonal direction of the upper floor plate 3. Although this prefabricated double floor has a simple structure, it has the disadvantage that when a worker walks on the upper floor plate 3, the floor plate is likely to vibrate, and the vibration that occurs is easy to propagate.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks and to provide a double floor with improved seismic resistance and seismic insulation by firmly connecting the upper floor plate of the prefabricated double floor to a strong floor.
Therefore, the gist of the present invention is to fix the upper floor plate to the pillars at the four corners, build an intermediate pillar approximately in the center of the upper floor plate, and arrange the floor plate through a vibration isolating material.

Embodiments of the present invention shown in the drawings will be described below. FIG. 3A is a top view showing the configuration of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3B is a side view of the same. In Figure 3, 3-1 is the upper floorboard, 3-2 is the air conditioning grill, 7 is the vibration isolator, 8 is the intermediate support, 9 is the bolt for fixing to the support 2, and the other symbols that are the same as in Figure 1 are the same. It shows things. When the size of one side of the upper floor plate 3-1 is 45 cm and the height from the concrete floor 1, that is, the height of the support column 2 is 40 cm, the height of the intermediate support column 8 is set to be about 1 mm higher than the support column 2. In addition, when the four corners of the upper floor plate or air conditioning grill are fixed to the pillars 2 with bolts 9, the intermediate pillars 8 are erected at points that are the antinodes of vibrations that occur when workers walk on the floorboards or during earthquake motion. It is desirable that the intermediate support 8 be fixed to the concrete floor 2 with anchor bolts 4. In this way, tension is applied to the upper floorboard whose four corners are fixed, so that vibrations at the center of the floorboard caused by impacts such as when a worker walks on the floorboard are significantly reduced. For vibration isolation, it is preferable to attach the vibration isolating material 7 around the upper floor plate 3-1 and the air conditioning grille 3-2, place it on the pillar, and fix it to the pillar. The fixing bolts 9 are flat-head bolts that are inserted from above into holes drilled in the four corners of the upper floorboard, etc., and placed in a bag-like cover provided on the underside of the bracket attached to the pillar. Easy to operate when fixing to the support from above.

Using the upper floor plate of the above-mentioned size, we actually measured the vibration amplitude when a worker walked on the floor plate with the vertical vibration pick-up installed and when he walked on the adjacent floor plate, and compared it with the conventional construction method. It was confirmed that with the configuration of the present invention, the amplitude of the same floor plate was reduced to about 1/10, and the amplitude of the adjacent floor plate was small enough to cause measurement errors.

In this way, according to the present invention, if the upper floor plate/air conditioning grille is fixed at a predetermined location, the upper floor plate/air conditioning grille will not float even in the face of earthquake vibrations, and the vibrations generated during walking, etc., will have an extremely small amplitude. In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent the generated vibrations from propagating through the upper floorboard, etc. Also, by selecting the material used, it is easy to increase the load capacity and improve the strength.
By using an air conditioning grill, it is easy to create a downflow of clean air.
