この発明は粉粒体を対象とした撹拌装置に関す
るもので、たとえば混合、乾燥工程などに広く利

ば、軸心が水平に設置された円筒形容器内に回転
撹拌羽根車によつて撹拌と同時に入口から出口に
向つて被処理材料(以下単に原料という)を移送
させ、順次出口より適量づつ排出させ、かつ器内
においては当該処理に必要な分量の原料を滞留さ
せ所定の操作、たとえば混合、乾燥などを行わせ
るが、撹拌作用と移送作用を適度に組み合わせ所
期の目的を達成させることは実際上はなはだ難か
しく、また単一の撹拌機構だけでは充分満足され
る撹拌効果は得られない。この発明は、前述のよ
うな軸心が水平に設置された円筒形容器に回転撹
拌羽根車を内蔵する粉粒体の撹拌装置において、
主たる撹拌作用と共に移送作用と副撹拌作用を効
果的に複合させたものとして、前述の問題を解決

軸心とほゞ同じ高さ付近に設け、かつ、前記出口
はその開口断面の下辺の水平高さが上下方向に調

主撹拌羽根7群を軸10から支持する杆14に嵌
着させ、あるいは送り面Fの傾斜度合が自在に変
更可能としてもよい。その実施例は、第3図にお
ける副撹拌羽根8に対し、押え板15とボルト1
6でもつて杆14を挾持することによつても可能

原料を撹拌する、という点では効果的、かつ高効
率であるが、前述のように軸方向の移送作用がな
いので容器2内での全体の滞留量は過大になり易
く、このことによる不都合を有していることにな
る。ところがこの発明のように副撹拌羽根8の傾
斜を有する送り面Fによつて滞留量が増加した場
合には移送作用が働くので滞留量の過大は回避さ

かつ数多の撹拌作用と解砕作用を同時に付与する
ことになるので主撹拌羽根群の撹拌作用と複合さ
れ、能率の高い撹拌作用を付加することが出来、
このことは単に前述撹拌作用のみならず、乾燥操
作を行わせる場合、きわめて効果的であるなど、
