Conventionally, in tanks such as oil tanks, the annular plate part receives the load from the side plate, so moisture contained in the oil tends to accumulate, and the back side of the bottom plate is also the most prone to rainwater entering between the foundation and the bottom plate. When the annular plate needs to be replaced because it is prone to corrosion, first cut off a part of the lower part of the side plate to separate the side plate and the annular plate so that there is enough clearance at the bottom of the side plate to replace the annular plate. After that, the side panels are jacked up using a number of jacks, the existing annular board is replaced with a new annular board, and the previously jacked up side board is then jacked down. However, this type of jack-up construction method uses a lot of expensive jacks, and has disadvantages such as the labor and expense involved in installing the jack base and attaching/removing the brackets.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to overcome these conventional drawbacks by supporting the side plates using simple and inexpensive jigs that can be individually finely adjusted, thereby making it easy to replace the annular plates. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for replacing an annular plate of a tank.

According to this invention, the method for replacing the annular plate of a tank involves cutting the lowest part of the side plate to form a gap for replacing the annular plate, and cutting the existing annular plate to be replaced from the adjacent annular plate and carrying it out. After removing and arranging the new annular plates, install the gold arrows on the side plate support piece attached to the bottom of the side plate to support the load of the side plate, and secure the gold arrows with stopper bolts. After all the annular plates have been replaced, loosen the gold arrows one by one. This consists of making adjustments and lowering the side plate onto the new annular plate.

1 to 6 of the drawings show an embodiment of the method for replacing an annular plate of a tank according to the present invention. In the tank annular plate replacement method of the present invention, firstly, as a step is created between the nozzle and the piping as a result of cutting the lowest part of the side plate, the edges of the nozzle are cut to protect against this, and the lowest part of the side plate to be cut is removed. Mark each necessary cutting line on the annular plate, and mark the installation position of the side plate support jig at the required pitch all around the side plate. After completing the preparation work necessary for replacing the annular plate in this way, as shown in Figure 1, cut the lowest part of the side plate 1 according to the amount equivalent to one new annular plate to be replaced, and remove the annular plate. Gap required for replacement 2
At the same time, the annular plate 3 is cut and separated from the adjacent annular plate 3 and the bottom plate. Next, the cut existing annular plates 3 are carried out from this gap 2, and new annular plates are taken in and arranged. After the existing annular plates 3 are removed and new annular plates 3a are arranged in this manner, a jig 10 for supporting the load of the side plate 1 is provided as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the jig 10 includes a side plate support piece 11 fixed to the side plate 1 by welding, and a wedge-shaped piece installed on the annular plate 3a via a contact plate 16 to support the side plate support piece 11. Kanaya 12 and this Kanaya 1
It is comprised of a stopper bolt 14 and a stopper piece 15 that can be adjusted to fixedly support 2. The stopper piece 15 is fixed to the annular plate 3a by, for example, welding, and the stopper bolt 14 is screwed onto the annular plate 3a. Therefore, in order to receive and support the load of the side plate 1 with such a jig 10, a wedge-shaped plate 16 is placed on the annular plate 3a with respect to the side plate support piece 11 fixed to the side plate 1. The side plate 1 is supported by installing gold arrows 12 in the circumferential direction. Next, the threaded stopper bolt 14 is screwed onto the stopper piece 15, and its tip is brought into contact with the metal arrow 12, thereby fixing the metal arrow 12 so that it does not move.

Once the specified annular plate has been replaced, in order to replace the adjacent existing annular plate 3, similarly cut the lowest part of the side plate to the required length to form a gap, and also cut off the existing annular plate to create a gap. After carrying out the work and removing it, taking in a new annular plate, mixing it, and replacing it, I installed a jig as described above and used the jig to carry the load in the area of the cut section at the bottom of the side plate. Accept and support. Incidentally, it is preferable to install the supporting pieces of the jig and the metal arrows in alternating directions as shown in FIG.

In this way, the replacement of the annular plates is repeated one after another to replace all of the annular plates, and the load on the side plates at this time is supported by the jig. In this way, the above-mentioned steps are repeated in sequence to replace and arrange the new annular plates all around the circumference, and to perform skin matching. Further, it is preferable to carry out such a process sequentially from two or three places, and furthermore, a guide piece 18 may be provided on the outer periphery of the new annular plate as shown in FIG. 4 to help lower the side plate. is suitable. After arranging and aligning the new annular plates around the entire circumference, the annular plates are welded together and inspected. After the inspection,
Adjust the stopper bolt to lower the side plate a predetermined amount onto the new annular plate, and adjust the distance between the stopper bolt tip and the arrow end to the required distance. After adjusting the stopper bolts all around the circumference, use a hammer to loosen the bolts in order so that all bolts come into contact with the stopper bolts. Repeat this operation many times to lower the side plate onto the new annular plate. Once the side plate has been lowered onto the annular plate, the side plate is adjusted to a perfect circle, and the joint between the side plate and the annular plate is welded. At this time, it is preferable to use a stopper piece 15 and a guide piece 18 as shown in FIG. 5 to correct the roundness of the side plate. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the side plate support piece 11, the metal arrow 12, and the plate 16 can be used as a jig to prevent the annular plate 3a from being lifted up when the side plate 1 and the annular plate 3 are welded together. . Finally, the joint between the annular plate and the bottom plate is welded, and the remaining parts are welded to complete the replacement of the annular plate.

As shown in FIG. 7, the jig 1 of this embodiment
0' is different from the previous embodiment in the stopper bolt and its fixing means. That is, the stopper bolt 14' has a rectangular cross section, and holes 19' for the stopper pins 17' are provided at intervals on the top surface, and after installing the gold arrow 12 as shown in the figure, the stopper bolt 14' is inserted into the stopper. Pass the stopper bolt 14' through the rectangular hole of the piece 15' and tighten the metal arrow 12.
The stopper pin 17' is inserted into the hole 19' at a predetermined position to fix the stopper bolt 14' and the arrow 12. When adjusting the stopper bolt 14', remove the stopper pin 17', move the stopper bolt 14', and insert the stopper pin 1 into the hole 19' at a predetermined position.
This can be done sequentially by inserting 7'.

As described above, according to the present invention, when replacing the annular plate of a tank, the existing annular plate and the lowermost part of the side plate are cut and removed in an area large enough to accommodate approximately one new annular plate, and Arrange the new annular plates, fix the side plate support piece to the side plate to support the load of the side plate in the replaced area, install gold arrows, support the side plate, and in this way cover the entire circumference in order. Then replace the annular plate and support the side plate in the replaced area with a jig. After all the annular plates have been replaced, adjust the jig little by little and lower the side plate onto the new annular plate.
The tank annular plate can be replaced easily, safely and at low cost in a short period of time, and the jig used is simple in structure and inexpensive.
It is safe as it allows fine adjustments to be made individually, and even after the side plate has been lowered, the jig can be used to correct the roundness of the side plate or to prevent the annular plate from lifting up. .
