該係合部材の変位可能状態から固定状態に変更し

板部が該プランジヤーの移動軌跡に進入して該プ
ランジヤーを該係合部材の移動軌跡から離隔して
保持し、更に該回動許容状態保持板と係合する駆
動用ソレノイドを設けて該回動許容状態保持板を
該係合部材と離隔する方向へ回動させることによ
り該プランジヤーの支持を解放することを特徴と
