In recent years, for example, in the case of refrigerator doors, door shells in which a heat insulating multilayer panel is loaded instead of a heat insulating material are becoming available. The heat-insulating multilayer panel is formed by stacking a fixed frame made of synthetic resin and a heat reflective film made of aluminum foil or the like alternately, or by wrapping the fixed frame with a heat reflective film. It is a multilayer body constructed by stacking a plurality of fixed frames alternately, and a gas, particularly a gas with low thermal conductivity, is sealed in each layer of the multilayer body. Since each heat reflective film also blocks heat conduction due to radiation, it exhibits excellent heat insulation properties.

However, according to the above-mentioned conventional method, when manufacturing a multilayer body, a plurality of fixing frames and a heat reflective film are stacked alternately, or a unit layer body formed by wrapping the fixing frame with a heat reflective film and a fixing frame are alternately stacked together. Because the method of stacking multiple layers on top of each other makes it difficult to keep the heat-reflecting film in a tensioned state, it is difficult to keep the heat-reflecting film in a tensioned state. There was a problem in that the heat reflective film came into contact with the lower heat reflective film, impairing its insulation properties. For this reason, in the past, a spacer with heat insulation properties has been interposed between each heat reflective film, but this method does not allow for efficient manufacturing, and the cost increases due to the use of the spacer. The dot was hot.

The present invention involves press-fitting fixing tools into a plurality of stepped portions formed on one side of the support frame and the other side opposite thereto, one after another, while holding down and stretching the heat reflective film. The support frame is divided into a plurality of layers, gas is confined in each layer, and the heat-reflecting film is sequentially tensioned to form multiple layers to produce a heat-insulating multilayer panel. It is.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, 1 in FIG. 1 is a support frame, for example, made of synthetic resin. A plurality of, for example, four step portions 2a, 2b, 2c, 2 are provided on one side (right side in the figure) and the other side opposite to this (left side in the figure).
d is formed. On the other hand, 3 is a heat reflective film,
For example, a long strip made of aluminum foil is wound around the bobbin 4. Further, 5 is a fixture, which is also made of, for example, synthetic resin.
It has a rectangular block shape with approximately the same thickness as each of the step portions 2a to 2d of the support frame 1. Therefore, first, one of the fixtures 5 is held down and stretched so as to wrap around the heat reflective film 3 pulled out from the bobbin 4, while holding the lowermost step 2a on one side of the support frame 1.
Then, another fixture 5 is slid on the heat reflective film 3 described above, and while holding and stretching the heat reflective film 3, the lowermost step 2a on the other side of the support frame 1 is pressed. Then, in the same manner as described above, another fixture 5 is press-fitted into the second step 2b on one side of the support frame 1, and then into the third step 2c on the other side of the support frame 1. The fixing tools 5 are press-fitted into the fourth step 2d on one side in the same manner as described above, thereby partitioning the inside of the support frame 1 into a plurality of layers, for example, four layers, as shown in FIG. The top opening of is sealed with the cover plate 6,
A gas, particularly a low conductivity gas 7, is sealed in each of the layers. In FIG. 3, 8 is a door outer plate that constitutes the door shell of a refrigerator door, and 9 is an inner door plate, and the support frame 1, in which the gas 7 is confined between these two plates 8 and 9, is The heat insulating multilayer panel of this embodiment is loaded, and the surplus space is filled with a heat insulating material 10 such as hard urethane foam or glass wool.

Now, in the case of this embodiment configured as above,
The heat reflecting film 3 is held down by the fixture 5 that is press-fitted into the step portions 2a to 2d of the support frame 1, and is stretched and stretched over each of the step portions 2a to 2d. Unlike the method of simply stacking, it is possible to create a sufficient tension state, and therefore, the space between the heat reflective films 3 of each layer is made small, and the heat reflective film 3 does not come into contact with the heat reflective film 3 below. In this way, a highly efficient insulating multilayer panel can be obtained without the need for spacers to prevent contact, and the panel can be manufactured with high efficiency without the need for intervening spacers, and the spacers themselves can be made unnecessary. As much as possible, costs can also be reduced.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which a heat reflective film 3 is stretched between the lowermost step portions 2a, 2a of the support frame 1. If the body 1 is made of a material with high heat reflectance, such as aluminum, the work can be further simplified in this way. Further, FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the heat reflective film 3 is divided into stages,
Even in this manner, the same effect as described above can be obtained. Furthermore, in the case of this third embodiment, the support frame 1 also serves as the outer panel of the door shell of the refrigerator door, thereby simplifying the structure.

In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and the particularly manufactured heat-insulating multilayer panel can be widely applied to heat-insulating walls other than refrigerator doors, etc., within the scope of the invention without departing from the gist. It can be implemented with appropriate changes.

As is clear from the foregoing, the present invention provides fixing tools to sequentially attach fixing tools to the step portions formed on one side of the support frame and the other side opposite thereto, respectively, to press down the heat reflective film and to press the heat reflective film. The structure is characterized by partitioning the inside of the support frame into multiple layers by press-fitting the heat reflective film while stretching it, and trapping gas in each layer. Since the method involves manufacturing a heat insulating multilayer panel, it is possible to obtain a highly efficient heat insulating multilayer panel with good manufacturability, and it has excellent effects such as reducing costs.
