ジンに適用されるカムチエンテンシヨナの取付装
置に関する。

クシヤフト側の端部においてクランクケースに各
軸支するようにしたものは知られるが、このもの
で該各テンシヨナ部材は該クランクケースに各別
のボルトで軸着されるを一般としたもので、この
ボルト止め作業が比較的面倒で組付性が悪くな
り、又クランクケース内にボルト止め作業を行う
ための軸方向の作業空間を設ける必要があつて、
エンジンの軸方向寸法が増す不都合を伴う。

るカムチエンをクランクシヤフトにその軸方向に
互に隣接して係合させると共に、該各カムチエン
に沿わせて設けた各テンシヨナ部材を該クランク
シヤフト側の端部においてクランクケースに各軸
支するものにおいて、該各テンシヨナ部材の該端
部を抜差自在に収納する筐形形状の各軸支部を備
えた共通1個のブラケツトを用意して、これを該
クランクケースに取付けたことを特徴とする。

在に収納する筐形形状の上方の軸支部11と、該
上部の軸支部11に対しクランクシヤフト6の軸
方向外側にオフセツトして後バンク2のカムチエ
ン7用のテンシヨナ部材8の端部を斜後方から抜
差自在に収納する筐形形状の下方の軸支部11と
を形成し、更に該枠板12bはその上方の軸支部
11が基板12aの内側面に位置すると共にその
下方の軸支部11が基板12aの外側面とに位置
するように基板12aに溶着し、又図示のもので
は該枠板12bの下側のオフセツト部により各カ
ムチエーン7,7のクランクシヤフト6との係合
部周面に近接対向する押え部13を構成し、該押
え部13により各カムチエン7,7の後記する組
付時の脱落が防止されるようにした。

な作業を必要とせず、組付性が向上され、又ボル
ト止め作業を行うための軸方向の作業空間も不要
となつてエンジンのコンパクト化を図れる効果を
有する。
