Claims (1)
持板とこれに取付けられたホツパーヘツドとによ
り形成されたホツパーと、一側が前記直立支持板
に隣接してホツパー内に水平軸線の周りに回転さ
れるよう設けられた送出リングとを具え、この送
出リングの内周面上に複数個の送り爪が円周方向
に所定間隔で離間して突設され、これらの送り爪
が前記直立支持板に向け下方に傾斜され、直立支
持板の上方位置で送出開口が送出リングの内周面
に沿つて延長して設けられていることを特徴とす
る硬貨送出装置。 2 前記送り爪の硬貨支持面にホツパー底部から
硬貨送出開口位置までの間で硬貨を支持する相対
的に緩やかな傾斜を有する第1表面部分と、この
第1表面部分より支持板側に位置する相対的に急
な傾斜を有する第2表面部分とを設け、第1表面
部分の傾斜角度を送り爪の駆動力Fによる硬貨押
上力f1が支持板の表面に対する硬貨押しつけ力f2
より大きくなるような角度とし、第2表面部分の
傾斜角度を駆動力Fによる硬貨押上力f1′が低減
して硬貨押しつけ力f2′が増大するような角度と
することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記
載の装置。[Scope of Claims] 1. A hopper formed by an upright support plate and a hopper head attached to the upright support plate for storing a large number of coins in a loose state, and a horizontal axis within the hopper adjacent to the upright support plate on one side. A delivery ring is provided to be rotated around the delivery ring, and a plurality of delivery claws are protruded from the inner peripheral surface of the delivery ring at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. A coin dispensing device, characterized in that the dispensing opening is inclined downwardly toward the upright support plate and extends along the inner circumferential surface of the dispensing ring at a position above the upright support plate. 2. A first surface portion having a relatively gentle slope that supports coins between the bottom of the hopper and the coin delivery opening position on the coin supporting surface of the feeding claw, and a first surface portion located closer to the support plate than the first surface portion. A second surface portion having a relatively steep slope is provided, and the inclination angle of the first surface portion is changed so that the coin pushing force f 1 due to the driving force F of the feed claw is the coin pressing force f 2 against the surface of the support plate.
A patent characterized in that the angle of inclination of the second surface portion is set to such an angle that the coin pushing force f 1 ′ caused by the driving force F is reduced and the coin pushing force f 2 ′ is increased. Apparatus according to claim 1.
