Even if the surface is coated with flexible resin,
Unlike when using PVC plywood, it was not possible to consistently produce the product on a continuous process line from V-cutting to completion of assembly. In addition, a commercially available pressure-sensitive adhesive film used for purposes such as surface protection of metal plates is used, and after pasting it on the surface of the substrate to be V-cut on the opposite side to the side to be V-cut, There is a so-called taping method in which V-cut processing is performed on the substrate while leaving the attached adhesive film behind. In this way, the V-cut substrates are connected by the adhesive film and do not separate into pieces, but a large amount of pressure-sensitive adhesive film must be used, which is uneconomical.

Materials coated with a mold release agent such as urethane, aminoalkyd, silicone, polyamide, etc., or paper with a weight of approximately 50g/ m2 laminated with polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, etc., or paper with a weight of approximately 50g/ m2 . It is composed of a paper 1 and a releasable resin layer 2, such as a sheet made of synthetic resin films such as polypropylene resin films and polyethylene resin films bonded together using an adhesive.

The transfer layer consists of a pattern layer (including single color) formed using ink that adheres to the base sheet with a certain adhesive force, and a surface protection layer formed as necessary. When polypropylene resin is used as the release resin layer, 180 degree peeling strength can be improved by using vinyl chloride resin, nitrocellulose resin, urethane resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer resin. 30~500g/

Select from those that can be cut, and there is no need to perform surface treatment such as polishing before laminating the transfer sheet. Of course, it is also possible to use a substrate that has been pretreated to have a smooth surface, or a material that is smooth itself. The adhesive 7 is applied to the surface of the transfer layer of the transfer sheet or the surface of the object to be transferred immediately before transfer, and is made of polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, vinyl acetate resin, acrylic acetic acid resin, etc. Vinyl resin etc. can be used.

Form. In any case, since there is no layer that has a buffering effect between the substrate and the pattern layer (transfer layer) compared to the conventional technique in which decorative sheets are laminated, the transfer layer is removed by V-cut processing. Care must be taken to avoid damage.

切れたり割れたりしないのである。(Function) The reason why the sheet does not break or break even when the elongation rate of the base sheet is 7% or less during the bending work of the V-cut part is because the adhesive force between the transfer layer and the release resin layer is too strong. Because of this, the tensile force exerted during bending causes partial misalignment between the transfer layer and the release resin layer, and that area peels off, so the base sheet is not subjected to tensile force locally, but rather over a certain width. The part receives the tensile force, so even the base sheet with a small elongation rate will not break or crack.

Specifically, it is preferable that the adhesive force between the transfer layer and the releasable resin layer is 180 degree peeling strength and 30 to 500 g/25 mm width.

ある。 When laminating the transfer sheet on the substrate, use adhesive 7.
By overlapping and applying pressure while the adhesive has fluidity, even if the surface of the transferred object is not smooth, the adhesive flows and completely connects the transfer layer surface of the transfer sheet and the surface of the transferred object. This ensures close contact and perfect transfer.

A base sheet was prepared by laminating to a thickness of 20 μm, and an acrylic/urethane resin was further applied to a thickness of 10 μm to form a surface protective layer. Next, a pattern layer was printed thereon using an ink containing a copolymer resin of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate as a binder to obtain a transfer sheet.
