た。 As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of panels 1 of this type are joined together at their end faces and arranged on the same plane to form, for example, the wall surface of the refrigerator. For example, vinyl chloride, etc. is applied between the opposing edges of two thin plates 4, 5 of the same shape, such as aluminum or steel plates, which are arranged parallel to each other with a predetermined interval apart, over the entire circumference of the thin plates 4, 5. A synthetic resin fitting member 6 is fitted, and then a heat insulating material 3 is placed in the space formed by the thin plates 4 and 5 and the fitting member 6.
Low-pressure foaming synthetic resin such as foamable polyurethane is injected, foamed, and hardened. Each fitting member 6 is provided with a convex portion 10 and a concave portion 11 over its entire length, and when adjacent panels 1 are arranged inverted with respect to each other, the convex portion 10 of the fitting member 6 of one panel 1
0 is fitted into the recess 11 of the fitting member 6 of the other panel 1 via the packing 12. This fitting member 6
The edges of the thin plates 4 and 5 are simply folded into the folded edges 7 and 8 provided on both edges (top and bottom in the figure).
Before the insulation material 3 is filled, the thin plates 4 and 5 are not restricted from moving inward (sinking) into the panel 1. Therefore, when injecting foamed synthetic resin, if the fitting member 6 caves in from the folded parts 4a, 5a of the thin plates 4, 5 due to poor assembly or other reasons, the resin will leak out from the gap between them. There were problems in that the appearance of the panel 1 deteriorated due to leakage, and the resin hardened while the fitting member 6 remained depressed, reducing the dimensional accuracy of the heat insulating panel 1. Furthermore, when transporting the assembled assembly of the thin plates 4 and 5 and the fitting member 6 that have been fitted together to the resin injection site, care must be taken not to remove them, resulting in a problem that work efficiency is reduced.

れにより締付金具15の取付作業が簡単になる。 In FIG. 2, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 indicate corresponding parts (the same applies hereinafter). First, as in the conventional case, the fitting member 6 is fitted between the edge portions of the two thin plates 4, 5 over the entire circumference of the thin plates 4, 5. , 5 are folded in. Next, the fastening fitting 15 is stretched over the outer surfaces of the folded portions 4a and 5a of the thin plates 4 and 5, and its approximately central portion is tightened to the fitting member 6 with a set screw 16 (tap-in screw). The fastening fitting 15 is a small press-molded product having a shape that roughly follows the outer surface of the fitting member 6, and has a set screw insertion hole provided in the center. If the fitting member 6 is recessed even slightly to the left from its normal position in FIG. 2, the fastening fitting 15 will not contact the fitting member 6.
5, the tightening fitting 15 pulls the fitting member 6 with the set screw 16 using the folded parts 4a, 5a of the thin plates 4, 5 as fulcrums, and the folded parts 7, 8 of the fitting member 6 tighten the folded parts 4, 5 of the thin plates 4, 5. It comes into close contact with the folded parts 4a and 5a of No.5. In this state, the fitting member 6 is not bent outward, and the fastening fitting 15 is also shaped so as not to bend the fitting member 6. When the fastening fittings 15 are arranged near both ends of each fitting member 6 as shown in FIG.
5. The folded parts 7 and 8 of 5 are in close contact with each other. The tightening fitting 15 is inserted into the recess 11 of the fitting member 6 in the tightening position shown in FIG.
The part corresponding to is a convex part facing outward (towards the right in the figure). This means that the fastening fitting 15 is simply connected to both thin plates 4,
5 (even if it is installed upside down from the orientation shown in Figure 2), the tightening fitting 15 always avoids the protrusion 10 of the fitting member 6, which allows for tightening. The work of installing the metal fittings 15 becomes easier.

A resin injection pipe 19 is deeply inserted through a hole 18 made in one of the fitting members 6 6a (lower side in FIG. 3), and while being pulled out toward the front (lower side in the figure), resin is injected and foamed. Although the internal pressure increases due to the gas generated during this foaming, the fitting member 6 is latched onto the folded portions 4a, 5a of the thin plates 4, 5.
5 is also clamped with a flat jig so it does not bulge outward. When the injection is completed and the resin is foamed and hardened to form the heat insulating material 3, the set screw 16 is removed and the fastening fitting 15 is removed from the fitting member 6.

製造コストもほとんど増加しない。 As explained above, according to the present invention, the fitting member 6 is attached to the folded portion of the thin plates 4 and 5 by the fastening fitting 15.
a, 5a, so that the hollow assembly of the fitting member 6 and the thin plates 4, 5 can be transported,
When setting it on the jig, there is no risk of misalignment of the fitting member 6 with respect to the thin plates 4 and 5, and there is no risk of resin leaking and deteriorating the appearance of the panel 1, or the fitting member 6
It is possible to reliably prevent the dimensional accuracy of the panel 1 from decreasing due to the resin curing while the panel remains depressed. Further, since the hollow assembly of the fitting member 6 and the thin plates 4 and 5 can be handled without much care during transport to the injection site or when installing the jig, the efficiency of these operations is improved. Since the fastening fitting 15 can be used repeatedly,
Manufacturing costs also hardly increase.

It is also possible to adopt a structure in which the fitting member 6 is tightened at a plurality of locations with setscrews.

定位置に確実に固定できる。 Figure 4 shows insulation panel 1a mainly used in freezers.
The heat insulating material 3a is thicker than the refrigerator panel 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. Therefore, the fitting member 6
a is wide, and when a force is applied to the thin plates 4 and 5 in the direction of mutually shifting them when transporting to the injection site or installing the jig, the folded parts 4a and 5a and the folded edges 7a and 8a
A larger moment is applied to the fitting portion than in the case of the refrigerator panel 1. Therefore, in this freezer panel 1a, the thin plates 4 and 5 and the fitting member 6a come off more easily than in the refrigerator panel 1. Also in this panel 1a, by attaching a fastening fitting 15a similar to that shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fitting member 6 can be reliably fixed in a predetermined position on the thin plates 4 and 5.
