Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来、解凍機は業務用が主体であつたため、大
型で、かつ解凍用の単機能のものであつた。本発
明は解凍機にオーブン調理機能を持たせるために
ヒータを組み込み、かつそのヒータを解凍時には
電極として使用することによつて経済性も高める
というものである。

て被調理食品は、解凍室内においてヒータ兼電極
7、電極8の間に挿入される。
