First, a synthetic resin sponge core 2 having a foot shape is placed on the heel portion made of synthetic resin sponge, and a resin-treated lower cloth 3 is placed on the lower surface of this sponge core 2, and an upper cloth 4 is placed on the upper surface of the sponge core 2. After polymerization, a hemming cloth 5 is wrapped around the outer edges of the sponge core 2, the lower cloth 3, and the upper cloth 4, and both sides of the hemming cloth 5 are brought into contact with the lower surface of the lower cloth 3 and the upper surface of the upper cloth 4. At the same time, the upper sole 7 is constructed by sewing together both sides of the edge cloth 5, the outer periphery of the sponge core 2, the outer periphery of the lower cloth 3, and the outer periphery of the upper cloth 4 with threads 6. .

奏するものである。 As described above, the present invention involves superimposing a resin-treated lower cloth on the lower surface of a synthetic resin sponge core and an upper cloth on the upper surface, and wrapping a hemming cloth around the outer periphery of the sponge core, lower cloth, and upper cloth. Then, both sides of the hemming cloth are brought into contact with the lower surface of the lower cloth and the upper surface of the upper cloth, and the yarn is attached to both sides of the hemming cloth, the outer periphery of the sponge core, the outer periphery of the lower cloth, and the outer periphery of the upper cloth. Since the upper sole is constructed by sewing them together, it does not require the use of cardboard as a core, and together with the elastic and flexible synthetic resin lower sole constructed by injection molding, it provides appropriate rigidity. Not only is it possible to obtain a slipper sole which is extremely easy to wear, but also because the sole is water resistant, the entire sole can be washed with water, and the intended purpose of the present invention can be fully achieved. Furthermore, in the present invention, the cloth provided on the underside of the sponge core in the upper base is treated with resin, so this resin chemically bonds and gives the cloth water repellency. Therefore, the same resin-treated cloth not only avoids the inconvenience of absorbing water during washing and leaving the core of the slipper in a wet state for a long period of time, but also prevents shrinkage due to water absorption. As a result, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the risk of shrinkage in the core of the slipper.

合したことを特徴とするスリツパの底。1 Polymerize a resin-treated lower cloth on the lower surface of a synthetic resin sponge core that has a foot shape, and an upper cloth on the upper surface, and wrap hemming cloth around the outer edges of the sponge core, lower cloth, and upper cloth to create the same hemming. Both sides of the cloth are brought into contact with the lower surface of the lower cloth and the upper surface of the upper cloth, and both sides of the hemming cloth, the outer periphery of the sponge core, the outer periphery of the lower cloth, and the outer periphery of the upper cloth are sewn together with thread. An elastic and flexible synthetic resin bottom sole made by injection molding is brought into contact with the lower surface of the top bottom, and the outer peripheries of the top and bottom soles are connected to each other by a thread. The bottom of the slipper is characterized by stitching.
