Conventional reinforced concrete block structures have the advantage of omitting formwork and can be relatively easily assembled in small units; however, in concrete block structures used as a base for plastering, finishing mortar applied to the entire surface of the masonry blocks is used. This concrete block structure has the disadvantage that it is prone to cracking, making it undesirable to apply it to interior walls to be finished with mortar, and there has been hope for an improvement in this problem.

The purpose of the present invention is to partially concentrate cracks so that it can be applied to internal walls that are finished with mortar.
This is because the poorly mixed mortar joints were placed at appropriate intervals.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. For example, the inner wall 1 is a block wall formed by stacking concrete blocks 2, and adhesive is mixed into the joint material to increase the adhesive strength of each block. The joints 3 include poorly mixed mortar joints 3a in which no adhesive is mixed. The poorly mixed mortar 3a is composed of cement, sand, and water, and the mixing ratio of cement and sand is 1 part cement to 3 or more parts sand, and the joints 3a are arranged at appropriate intervals in the joints 3. For example, they are placed at a distance D of about 3 meters, weakening the adhesive strength of the blocks partially and concentrating the cracks.

Finishing mortar 4 is applied to the inner surface of the inner wall 1, and crack-inducing joints 5 are provided in this mortar along poorly mixed mortar joints 3a and in opposing positions to these joints. In the example shown in the second figure, the structure of the crack-inducing joint is such that the joint rod 6 is attached to the concrete block 2 of the inner wall 1 by means of a mounting plate 7 on the back side.
Attach it to the inner surface of the joint bar, and attach side plates 8 to both sides of the joint bar.
A joint plate 9 bent into a mountain shape and integrally provided at the front end portions of both side plates covers the front surface of the joint bar 6 over its entire length. The outer surfaces of the side plates 8, 8 are provided with fixing legs 8a, 8a and uneven surfaces 8b, 8b, respectively, so that when the mortar 4 dries and contracts, the side plates also move laterally at the same time. It is designed so that it can be moved away from the side of the joint bar 6. At this time, the joint plate 9 can also be deformed and flattened. In addition,
The side plates 8, 8 and the joint plate 9 are formed of, for example, hard vinyl chloride resin by extrusion molding. The structure of the joint 5 is not necessarily limited to that shown in the diagram.
For example, various types of joints can be selected, such as a joint bar having a groove-shaped cross section formed by extrusion molding of hard vinyl chloride resin.

As explained above, according to the present invention, due to the existence of poorly mixed mortar joints arranged at appropriate intervals, the adhesion of blocks is partially weakened and cracks are concentrated in those areas, and the finished mortar etc. It is possible to prevent cracks from occurring over time, so it can be used for interior walls, etc., and construction costs can be significantly reduced by omitting formwork during construction.
