【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は電磁継電器に関するものである。従
来、この種の電磁継電器は第1図のように一方の
アマチユア板1aの先端aと、他方のアマチユア
板1bの先端bとを結ぶ直線上に枢軸2が位置
して、アマチユアブロツクAが回転した際にヨー
ク体3の両端部3a,3bの縁が夫々アマチユア
板1a,1bの各先端a,bに当接した状態とな
るわけであるが、軸孔4がアマチユアブロツクA
の中心よりずれたり、アマチユア板1a,1bの
寸法の変動やそり等によつて、第2図に示すよう
にアマチユア板1aの先端aと、枢軸2とを結ぶ
直線上にアマチユア板1bの先端bが位置しな
い場合、図示するようにヨーク体3の一端部3b
の縁と、例えばアマチユア板1bの先端bとの間
にギヤツプxが生じ、アマチユアブロツクAのス
トロークや、吸引力が変化して、電磁継電器の動
作不良の原因となるという欠点があつた。また、
本出願人は上記欠点の対策として軸孔がずれたり
アマチユア板の反り等が生じた場合でも調整でき
るようにするために、実開昭50―5842号公報にお
いてアマチユアブロツクの基体の中央に長孔の軸
孔を形成し、この軸孔内で枢軸を移動できるよう
にした電磁継電器を提供したが、この電磁継電器
は軸孔の方向をアマチユアブロツクの短手方向に
長く穿孔しているために、一対の可動接点板のば
ね力やヨーク体とアマチユア板との吸引力が左右
アンバランスになつた場合にはアマチユアブロツ

ブロツクAが構成されている。両アマチユア板1

ード7が設けられてある。ヨーク体3はコ字型に
形成されたもので、中央胴部に設けたコイルボビ
ン8に励磁コイルを巻装し、励磁コイルの励磁時
に両端部3a,3bが異極に磁化されるようにな
つており、巻装した励磁コイルの上部に載置され
るセパレータ9の中央上面に突設した枢軸2に基
体6の中央に穿孔した軸孔を回動自在に被挿せし
めると共にアマチユアブロツクAの両端のアマチ
ユア板1a,1b間の隙間(対向磁極間)内に両
端部3a,3bを下方から挿置してある。図中1

用の固定接点板13、共通端子板14が夫々貫挿
せられる。またコイル端子板15を挿入するため
の端子貫挿用孔21が端子台10に穿設せられて
いる。16は可動接点板で、この可動接点板16
はカード7によつて駆動され、可動接点17を固
定接点18に対して開離又は接触させるようにな
つている。図中19はケースであり、20はレシ
ジヤルプレートである。ところで本実施例にあつ
てはアマチユアブロツクAの基体6に穿孔した軸
孔4はアマチユアブロツクAの長手方向に長い長
孔から構成され、軸孔4に挿通する枢軸2は軸孔
4内を左右に移動できるようになつている。しか
してアマチユア板1a,1bの寸法の変動や、そ
り等があつてもアマチユアブロツクAを左右に動
かすことにより、第4図に示すようにヨーク体3
の両端部3a,3bの側面をアマチユア板1a,
1bの先端a,bに接触させることができること

アブロツクの長手方向に長く形成することによ
り、アマチユアブロツクがその短手方向へ移動し
てヨーク体とアマチユア板の先端との間にギヤツ
プを生じるということがなく、アマチユアブロツ
クが回動する際にがたついた動作を起こすことが
