That is, in order to insert a pin or the like, it is necessary to open both sides of the cylindrical part of the band body to the outer periphery of the band body, so when welding, only the main body part of the band is welded and the cylindrical part is To avoid welding, it is necessary to cut the cylindrical part and the main body part as one piece when cutting, but this invention uses the same blade type and cuts the main body part of the band body excluding the cylindrical part when welding. The purpose is to easily and reliably perform the work of welding and cutting the band body by simultaneously cutting the cylindrical part of the band body in one piece when welding and cutting (or cutting) the band body. It is.

One embodiment will be described based on the drawings. The manufacturing method of the present invention includes a known high-frequency welding machine that includes a blade mold 2 having a blade 2' corresponding to the outer circumference 1' of a band body 1, and a blade mold 2 having a blade 2' corresponding to the outer circumference 1' of a band body 1. A receiving mold 3 facing the mold is installed, and the receiving mold 3 is provided with a cylindrical part 4 of a band body into which a fixing pin or the like is inserted along the tip, and a natural or A band material 6 made of a flexible material such as synthetic leather or fiber is placed before the band body 1 is welded and cut, and the receiving mold 3 is placed on the cylindrical portion 4 of the band body.
The cylinder part 7 corresponding to the cylinder part and the main body part 7' corresponding to the main body part 4' of the band body excluding the cylinder part are divided and configured to be movable, and the blade mold 2 is pressed against the band material 6. When welding the front and back materials 5, 5' along the outer circumference 1' of the band body using the blade mold 2 and the receiving mold 3 as electrodes,
The cylindrical part 7 of the receiving mold is set further apart from the main part 7',
By providing a gap 8 between the cylindrical part 4 of the band body and the receiving mold, only the main body part 4' of the band body is welded, excluding the cylindrical part 4 of the band body, and the blade mold 2 is further pressed to form the band. When cutting the outer periphery 1' of the body, the cylindrical part 7 or the main body part 7' of the receiving mold slides so that the cylindrical part and the main part are on the same plane, so that the cylindrical part 4 and the main part 4' of the band body are separated. It is characterized by cutting simultaneously.

In the embodiment, 9 is the band body 1 as necessary.
A welded inclusion such as a nylon film or a nonwoven fabric is interposed between the front and back materials 5 and 5', and 9' is a butting portion of the front and back materials 5 and 5'. Note that the front and back materials may be the same material or different materials, and it is convenient to temporarily weld or adhere the entire surface of the main body 4' in a polymerized state. For welding the entire surface, use a press mold instead of the blade mold 2 of the embodiment. It can be easily welded by using.

The blade mold shown in FIG. 4 and the receiving mold shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 show the general structure, and the receiving mold 3 shown in FIGS. An example is shown in which the body part 7' is movably configured, and when welding, the main body part 7' is pushed up by hydraulic pressure or spring pressure, etc., as shown in Fig. 4, and a step is provided on the cylindrical part 7 to form a step shape, and when cutting. In this case, the main body part 7' is lowered as shown in Fig. 5 without using hydraulic pressure, etc. (or the main body part is lowered by the pressing force of the blade 2), and the cylindrical part 7 is made flush. .

The receiving mold 3 in Fig. 6 shows another embodiment in which the cylindrical part 7 is configured to be movable, and when welding, the cylindrical part 7 is stepped against the main body part 7' as shown in Fig. The tubular portion 7 is made into a step-like shape, and when cutting, the cylindrical portion 7 is pushed up by hydraulic pressure or the like so that it is flush with the main body portion 7'.

In actual manufacturing, a timer device is used to press the blade mold by applying pressure, weld by applying high frequency, then cool it, and then press the same surface and the blade mold again by rocking the receiving mold to cut, sequentially. It would be convenient if this could be done continuously and automatically.

As described above, in this invention, the receiving mold 3 is divided and configured to be movable, so when welding by applying high frequency, the cutting mold is made into a stepped shape as described above. A strong electric field is generated only between the mold 2 and the main body part 7' of the receiving mold, and only the main body 4' of the band body can be dielectrically heated and welded. When cutting, the receiving mold 3 is moved as described above. By making them flush, the blade die 2 presses against the cylindrical part 7 and the main body part 7' of the receiving mold simultaneously and bites into the band material 6, thereby cutting the cylindrical part 4 of the band body. and the main body portion 4' can be cut at the same time, and welding and cutting can be performed using the same blade type.

On the other hand, conventional manufacturing methods of this type, as seen in Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-45482 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-45483, have a structure in which the mold is not divided.
Unlike this invention, it is not possible to weld and cut the band body using only the same blade type. That is, when welding by applying high frequency, the main body part of the band body is welded with a first cutting edge with the cylindrical part of the band body released so that only the main body part of the band body can be welded. Cutting only the main body part of the band body with one blade type, and then preparing a second blade type to cut the cylindrical part of the band body, etc. not only takes time and effort, but also requires two steps of cutting. Therefore, there is a drawback that the cutting positions of the main body portion and the cylindrical portion may deviate, making cutting uncertain.

However, as described above, in this invention, the receiving mold is divided into a cylindrical part and a main body part and made movable, the cylindrical part is stepped when welding the band body, and the cylindrical part and the main part are flush with each other when cutting. Furthermore, by making the blade-shaped blade correspond to the outer periphery of the band body, it is possible to continuously weld and cut the band body with the same blade type, and furthermore, it is possible to simultaneously weld and cut the band body at the same time. This has the effect of providing a manufacturing method that can be performed in one step, solves the drawbacks of conventional methods, and allows welding and cutting operations to be performed easily and reliably.

1. A high-frequency welding machine is equipped with a blade mold having a blade corresponding to the outer periphery of the band body, and a receiving mold that faces the blade mold, and the receiving mold is equipped with a cylindrical portion of the band body along the tip, A band material made of flexible material such as natural or synthetic leather or fiber is placed on which a backing material is polymerized, and the mold is a cylindrical portion corresponding to the cylindrical portion of the band body and the main body of the band body excluding the cylindrical portion. The blade mold is pressed against the band material, and a high frequency is applied using the blade mold and the receiving mold as electrodes along the outer periphery of the band material. When welding the front and back materials, the cylindrical part of the receiving mold is separated from the main body part, and by creating a gap between the cylindrical part of the band body and the receiving mold, only the main body part of the band body is welded, When pressing the blade further to cut the outer periphery of the band body, the cylindrical part or the main body part of the receiver mold moves so that the cylindrical part and the main body part are on the same surface, and the cylindrical part and the main part of the band body are cut at the same time.
