ヤツキング装置の左右方向の位置決めが困難とな

6には杭の圧入、引抜用の油圧シリンダ12がそ
れぞれ垂直方向に支持される。各油圧シリンダ1
2はその基部がピン13により打設すべき杭法線
に対し左右方向に起倒可能に支持されている。各
油圧シリンダ12のピストンロツド12aの先端
部には連結部材14がピン13と直交方向のピン
14aにより連結され、ピストンロツド12aと
ピン13が相対的に摺動し得るようになつてい
る。即ち、ピストンロツド12aの先端に連結部
材14が油圧シリンダ12の起倒を許すように連
結されている。各連結部材14の下垂部15の下
端間には可動台4における水平部6の下部に位置
してチヤツキング装置16が連結されている。即
ち各連結部材14の下垂部15の下端間に上位の
環体17が固定され、この上位の環体17に対し
下位の環体18が保持環体20により回転可能に
連結されている。下位の環体18の下側に補助板
21が対向して連設され、各補助板21に油圧シ
リンダ22の基部が固定され、各油圧シリンダの
ピストンロツド22aにチヤツク部材23が固定
されている。各チヤツク部材23は対向面に多数
の係合用突起を備えている。而して各油圧シリン
ダ22の伸縮により各チヤツク部材23の開閉を
行うことができる。前記各油圧シリンダ12のチ
ユーブにはその軸方向と平行に固定ガイド24が
取付けられている。この固定ガイド24は図示例
にあつてはチユーブの前後に略180度位相をずら
せて一対取付けられ、これら固定ガイド24に連

25が係合され、摺動のみ可能に支持されてい
る。従つてチヤツキング装置16は油圧シリンダ
12と共に起倒し得るように連結され、且つ油圧
シリンダ12の伸縮に伴いその伸縮方向に沿つて
移動し得るようになつている。

ツキング装置16を一体に左右交互に傾斜させる

い、チヤツキング装置により圧入後の杭を挾持さ
せることができる。この場合にもこれとは別に基
台1の左右後側部等にアウトリガーを取付けても
よい。またこのチヤツキング装置により杭を挾持
することができるようになる迄は圧入、引抜用チ
ヤツキング装置16の位置と同じかそれより前方
にアウトリガーを設けてもよく、この場合、可動
台4の前側に別の基台を着脱可能に連結してこの
基台にアウトリガーを取付けておけば便利であ
る。また反力用チヤツキング装置は列状に複数個
設けてもよく、基台1に限らず可動台に支持させ
ることもできる。更に前記各実施例では油圧シリ
ンダ12のピストンロツド12aが上向きである
が、下向きとなるように設けてもよい。更にまた
油圧シリンダ12は一本でもよい。本発明はこの
他、その基本的技術思想を逸脱しない範囲で種々
設計変更することができる。

置を連結しているので、従来困難であつたチヤツ
キング装置の左右方向の位置決めを容易に行うこ
とができる。また油圧シリンダ、チヤツキング装
置を杭法線に対し左右方向に一体に起倒させるよ
うにしているので、傾斜状態で圧入されつつある
杭を修正することができ、また杭の圧入、沈下が
地盤の硬さ等により停止した場合にも、地盤の圧
密状態を減少させ、杭を円滑に圧入沈下させるこ
とができる等の利点がある。
