(Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-17645) The present invention relates to an improvement of the above-mentioned already proposed ventilator, and aims to reduce the size not only in the height direction but also in the width direction.
以下、図によつて詳細に説明する。 This will be explained in detail below using figures.

となつていた。 The conventional ventilator has a cap plate 1 as shown in Figure 1.
Because the upper part of the casing was surrounded by casing 2, the height
The construction cost was high because H1 was high, installation work was difficult, material costs were high, and the strength against wind pressure load had to be even higher.

となつた。 In order to improve this, a structure in which louvers 12 are provided on both sides of the cap board 11 as shown in FIG. 2 has been proposed, and is known as Utility Model Publication No. 17645/1983. In the case shown in FIG. 2, the height can be reduced to h 1 while maintaining the effective area value P.

The cap board 21 and the louvers 22 and 23 cooperate to cover the effective width opening 25 of the roof 24.

The louver 26 is provided with an upper end inclined toward the cap board 21 side. Among the louvers 26, the one closest to the cap plate 21 is located substantially above the louver 22. Further, in this description, the outermost louver 26 1 is provided at the upper end of the casing 27, and the louver 26 1 may be regarded as the casing.

自由度が増す。 Since the cap board and the first louvers located below both ends of the cap board work together to form a top and bottom split type cap board, it is now possible to move the second louver closer to the cap board side. Therefore, the width of the ventilator can be made smaller without changing the effective width for ventilation. (See W 1 and W 2 in Figure 3) The upper end of the second louver is slanted outward, which reduces weight, simplifies installation work, and reduces wind pressure loads. The degree of freedom increases.
材料費の節約、コストダウンが得られる。 You can save on material costs and reduce costs.
