Conventional technology Toothed endless belts are used in combination with gears on conveyors that convey articles at regular intervals to maintain synchronization of conveyance speed, but they are used for manufacturing circular belts. It is generally manufactured using a mold as an endless product with no joints from beginning to end. Therefore,
In the case of a belt with a long circumference, not only the mold becomes large, but also the equipment for assembling the belt and vulcanization molding becomes large and inevitably becomes expensive. Furthermore, there is a limit to the size of the device, and it has been considered impractical to manufacture an extremely large endless belt by integral molding.

Therefore, in order to obtain a large-sized toothed endless belt, a method has been proposed in which both ends of a long band-shaped toothed belt are butted together and the joints are joined to form an annular belt. As a technique for joining the ends of such a toothed belt, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-1697, a male protrusion and a female protrusion that engage with each other are provided at the end of the belt, and these are engaged. and connect them with a pin inserted from the side,
There is a method in which the load applied to the joint is transmitted to a reinforcing cord embedded in the belt via a pin. Joined by a joining member consisting of a toothed side member having at least two recesses in the front and back direction that have the same shape as the teeth of the belt to be joined on the inner side, and a back side member attached to the toothed side member in opposition to the toothed side member sandwiching the belt therebetween. It shows how to do this.

However, the tensile stress that occurs when the belt runs is directly applied to the joints of belts joined using these conventional techniques, so the holes for passing the pins or setscrews that connect the joint members may become enlarged, or the teeth may become damaged. This causes the inconvenience of deformation, which increases the distance between the teeth on both sides of the belt joint, and also causes the joint to separate due to tearing of the screw hole due to insufficient transmission of load to the reinforcing cord. This often led to accidents.

Means for Solving the Problems An object of the present invention is to arrange at least two toothed belts with ends in parallel with each other with their side surfaces in close contact with each other, and to form a ring shape by abutting the end surfaces of each belt and adjusting the position of the joint. A toothed endless belt is formed by joining the belts at equal intervals including the joint position by means of a joining means which is arranged so as not to be adjacent to each other and is clamped from the back and front sides of the toothed belt. It is achieved by doing so.

More specifically, the toothed endless belt of the present invention comprises a plurality of end belt members each having teeth on the back surface, a toothed side member having at least two recesses in the front and rear sides having the same shape as the teeth of the belt member, and An endless belt that is integrally joined by a connecting means consisting of a back side member that sandwiches a belt member and comes into contact with the tooth side member, and a fastening member that connects the tooth side member and the back side member. In this case, the belt members are arranged in two or more rows adjacent to each other, and are arranged so that the positions of the seams where the end surfaces of the belt members abut against each other are not adjacent to each other, and are arranged at equal intervals including the positions of the seams. The coupling means achieves mutual coupling between the end surfaces and the mutual coupling between the side surfaces of the belt members, and the coupling means provided at the joint position of one of the belt members and the joint position of the other belt member are achieved. This is further improved by arranging at least one, preferably two or more, seamlessly provided connecting means between the provided connecting means.

Four female screw holes are provided on the center line of the groove 13 of the tooth side member 8, and the back side member 10
A set screw 11 is inserted through the screw hole 12 of the belt member 4 sandwiched between the countersink hole provided correspondingly to the set screw 11.
Both members 8 and 10 are coupled together. This connection is exactly the same whether there is a seam or a seamless position. That is, at the position where there is a seam, the joining of both ends of the belt member across the seam and the lateral joining of the seamless belt member and the belt member with the seam are simultaneously achieved. Only a connection between laterally aligned belt members is then achieved.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A plurality of end belt members each having teeth on the back side, and a tooth side member having at least two recesses in the same shape as the teeth of the belt member in the front and back, and a tooth side member having the belt members sandwiched therebetween. In the endless belt, the belt member is integrally joined by a connecting means consisting of a back side member that is in contact with the tooth side member, and a fastening member that connects the tooth side member and the back side member. The coupling means are provided in two or more rows adjacent to each other, are arranged so that the positions of the joints where the end surfaces of the belt members butt each other are not adjacent to each other, and are arranged at equal intervals including the positions of the joints. A toothed endless belt characterized in that the end surfaces of the belt members are joined to each other and the side surfaces of the belt members are joined to each other. 2 At least one, preferably two or more, coupling means provided at a position other than the joint are arranged between the coupling means provided at the seam of one of the belt members and the coupling means provided at the seam of the other belt member. A toothed endless belt according to claim 1. 3. The toothed endless belt according to claim 1, wherein the back side member constituting the coupling means has a configuration suitable for conveying articles. 4. The end face of the first belt member with an end having teeth on the back surface is placed and fitted onto a tooth side member having at least two recesses in the front and back that have the same shape as the teeth of the belt member, and Teeth are fitted into the tooth side members arranged at regular intervals, and then a second belt member having the same shape as above is shifted by a length corresponding to an integral multiple of 2 or more of the given distance, and the belt member is Teeth are fitted into the toothed side members with mutual side surfaces in close contact with each other, and the end faces of the first belt member and the end faces of the second belt member are placed on the toothed side members separated by two or more. After that, the belt member is sandwiched between the dorsal side members and the dorsal side members are attached so as to be in contact with the tooth side members respectively, and the tooth side member and the dorsal side are connected by a fastening member passed through a hole formed in the belt member. By combining the parts,
A method for forming a toothed endless belt, which simultaneously achieves coupling of end faces of a first belt member, end faces of a second belt member, and mutual coupling of side surfaces of belt members.
