DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a flash device, in particular, without the use of a trigger band, the trigger Nesacoat coated on the outer wall of the flash tube is connected to a back metal forming part of a reflecting mirror together with a reflecting shade. The present invention relates to a type of flash device that triggers a flash tube by applying a trigger signal to the back metal.

Conventionally, a method for triggering a flash tube of a flash device has been to provide a trigger band on a transparent electrode portion of the flash tube and apply a trigger voltage to the trigger band. However, according to this method, in order to effectively utilize the reflected light, it is necessary to place the trigger band outside the effective part of the reflector, and the length of the flash tube must be made longer than the effective part length of the reflector. This results in the drawback that the housing in which the flash tube of the flash device is disposed becomes large.

For this reason, when a so-called camera with a built-in strobe device is constructed in which a flash device is incorporated into the camera, the housing of the light emitting portion of the flash device becomes large, resulting in an increase in the size of the camera itself, resulting in poor portability.

In order to solve these drawbacks, a method has recently been proposed in which a trigger signal is applied directly to the flash tube from the back metal that forms part of the reflector, without providing a trigger band, to trigger the flash tube.
By applying this method, it has become possible to reduce the size of the housing that houses the flash tube.

On the other hand, according to this method, since a trigger signal is directly applied to the flash tube from the back metal, it is necessary to connect a trigger lead wire to the back metal itself. As mentioned above, the back metal has a function as a reflecting mirror, and it is necessary to sufficiently guarantee the light distribution characteristics and guide number characteristics of the flashlight emitting device, so bright alloy aluminum is generally used. Furthermore, it is generally very difficult to solder an aluminum plate, making it difficult to connect a trigger lead wire to the back metal itself.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and includes integrally forming extending parts bent and extending outward from the arc-shaped parts at both ends of the arc-shaped back metal that constitutes a part of the reflective shade. Then, a flash tube coated with a transparent trigger electrode is brought into contact with the bottom of the arc-shaped portion of the back metal, and
A reflecting mirror wall member constituting a U-shaped reflective shade together with the arc shape is fixed to a position close to the boundary between each of the extension parts and the circular arc part, and further, one tip of the extension part is fixed. bending, and sandwiching a trigger signal application lead wire between the bent extension parts;
By crimping the lead wire at the tip of the bent extension, the lead wire and the back metal are crimped with sufficient bonding force, thereby solving the above problem.

1 and 2, 1 is a slide rail for raising and lowering the camera body (not shown), 2 is a housing for storing a flash tube 6, etc., and the housing 2 is attached to the slide rail by screws 3. The rail 1 is fixed to the rail 1 by being connected to a screw hole 1a cut in the hole 1a. A Fresnel lens 4 is fixedly installed on the front surface of the housing 2, and irradiates a subject with flash light from a flash tube 6. Reference numeral 5 denotes a reflective shade whose inner wall is vapor-deposited with aluminum, and is connected with screws through screw holes 7a provided in the back metal 7. The back metal 7 is made of a bright alloy and forms a reflecting mirror together with the reflecting shade 5.

Reference numeral 7b denotes a protrusion provided on the back metal 7. By pushing out the flash tube 6 onto the protrusion, the flash tube 6 is positioned relative to the reflector, and a transparent trigger coating coated on the outer wall of the flash tube 6 is used. Electrical contact is made between the electrode part (nesa coat for trigger) and the back metal. The end 7c of the back metal 7 has a cylindrical shape and constitutes a crimp joint, and the trigger lead wire 12 is attached to the end 7c.
By inserting the lead wire, the lead wire is crimped and connected to the back metal. Reference numeral 8 denotes an insulating coating that adheres to the back surface of the back metal 7. This coating prevents electrical contact between the back metal and the rail 1, and the rail 1 is insulated. Reference numeral 9 denotes an insulating rubber bushing, and a protrusion 9a into which the end of the flash tube 6 is inserted is provided on the side surface of the rubber bushing.
