上昇の原因ともなつていた。 Needless to say, the transformer windings are useless if they are not completely insulated, as short circuits may occur. Currently, the majority of transformer windings are wire wires coated with enamel and insulated, but some aluminum flat wires are also used. This flat wire is usually manufactured by laminating aluminum foil and synthetic resin film and cutting it to the required width, so the aluminum foil is exposed at the cut edge, and if used as is as a transformer winding, short circuits often occur. It happens. Therefore, it becomes necessary to further insulate the cut edge, which reduces productivity and causes an increase in cost.

For example, an aluminum foil layer and an insulating layer 2 made of a synthetic resin film such as polyester or high-pressure polyethylene are laminated. The lamination method may be by using an adhesive or by extrusion. Alternatively, a metal having good electrical conductivity may be vacuum-deposited on the surface of the insulating layer 2.

These paints are printed on the surface of the metal layer 1 to form a stripe pattern.

After that, neutralization, washing with water, and drying treatment are performed.

うなおそれが全くない。 Next, the wire is cut from the portion indicated by A in FIG. 2 to obtain a long flat wire. This flat wire is connected to the insulating layer 2.
Since the side edges of the metal layer 1 protrude from both side edges of the metal layer 1, the side edges of the metal layer 1 will not be exposed even when wound into a coil, and may come into contact with the side edges of the adjacent metal layer and cause a short circuit. There is no fear at all.
