本発明は、連続的に定量供給される粉体に対し
て加湿するための方法及びそのための装置に係
り、特に微量の液体であつても均一に分散混合さ
せて粉体を均一に加湿することができる連続混合

(発明の構成)
本発明に係る粉体を少量の液体で均一に加湿す

に設けられていて該回転混合盤の回転に伴なつて

盤2内壁面に付着することのある粉体を掻き落す
ように配置された複数の上面スクレパー5と上記
回転混合盤3に設けられていて上記混合室の内壁
に沿つて旋回する側面スクレパー7とにより撹拌
混合し、粉体を少量の液体で均一に加湿すること

き取り旋回する側面スクレパー7とを備えている

接続されるようになつている粉体供給筒であり、
粉体はここから上記回転混合盤3の中央に連続的
に定量供給される。粉体に対して液体を噴出させ
るための複数の噴射ノズル4,4は上記基盤2に
対称的に配置され、ノズル口4aは混合室1内に
臨んでいる。上記回転混合盤3には該回転混合盤
の回転に伴なつて上記噴射ノズル口4aを横切る
ように、しかも上記基盤2の内壁面に付着するこ
とのある粉体を掻き落すように複数の上面スクレ
パー5が同一周角度で、実施例では放射状に三本
取り付けられている。上記回転混合盤3の周側に
は放射状に複数の、実施例では三個の側面スクレ
パー7が取り付けられていて上記混合室の内壁に
沿つて掻き取り旋回するようになつている。上記
回転混合盤3上面には多数の混合ピン6が均一配
置状態で突設されており、この混合ピン6は用途

撹拌混合し、粉体を少量の液体であつても均一に

得るように構成したことを特徴とする連続混合装
