化粧板材の製造方法に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board material using a thin coniferous veneer as a decorative surface.

を木取りすることができる。(Prior art and its problems) In general, thin coniferous veneers are used for spring wood, autumn wood,
The fiber structure of spring wood is arranged relatively densely, and the difference in shading between the two is also small, making the wood grain pattern unclear, but even though it is a needle-leaved species, it is similar to pine wood. From some parts of the spring wood, the autumn wood has a high resin content and clear grain, while the spring wood is relatively loose.
It is possible to cut a veneer of a precious wood called ``Himatsu'' which is arranged in autumn wood.

い問題点が生じている。 However, since the pine trees from which this kind of pine tree suitable for decorative board material can be harvested are, of course, limited to long-lived pines, it is becoming difficult to obtain them. Since the yield rate for obtaining thin veneer with the desired grain pattern from a single pine tree is only about 2%, decorative veneer materials using pine wood are produced in small quantities and at high prices, which is sufficient to meet the demand. A problem has arisen that cannot be resolved.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing decorative board materials that can be obtained in the following manner.

The surface of the thin veneer is coated smoothly with a colored paint containing pigment components with a concentration difference of 100 to 100 cm, and by inverting and emphasizing the difference in shading between spring wood and autumn wood, a wide and clear wood grain pattern is created. It is formed on the surface.

化粧板材を形成するものである。 In other words, by performing diagonal cutting, both the width of the spring wood and the width of the fall wood originally possessed by the source wood species, hemlock or Japanese pine, are expanded to the desired width, resulting in a relatively loose arrangement of spring wood and fall wood. , by removing the soft spring wood part of the fiber structure and inverting and emphasizing the difference in shading between spring wood and autumn wood using colored paint, we created a decorative surface that resembles that of a thin veneer of so-called ``Hishimatsu''. This is to form a decorative board material having.

である。 Further, as the thin veneer 2, hemlock or Japanese pine is thinly cut using a slicer. As shown in the second diagram, this thin veneer 2 is cut diagonally so that the spring wood portion a and the fall wood portion b are inclined at an angle θ of 45 degrees or less, preferably 30 degrees when viewed from the butt end side. As a result, a spring wood portion a having a surface area of width x and an autumn wood portion b having a surface area of width y appear on the surface. That is,

The width of the wood grain is wider than the width of the autumn wood y', and it approximates the width of the grain of so-called ``Hishimatsu.''

の形状となつている。 This thin veneer 2 is subjected to a cutting process by passing the surface side of the thin veneer 2 into contact with the underside of a wire brush rotating at high speed. At this time, the bristles of the wire brush are brought into contact with the surface of the thin veneer 2 substantially perpendicularly. By this cutting, the thin veneer 2 has an uneven surface in which the autumn wood portion b, which has a dense fiber structure and is hard, protrudes, and the spring wood portion a, which has a coarse fiber structure and is hard, is depressed. Further, since the autumn material portion b is inclined, the groove c formed in the spring material portion a has a delta-like shape on the side end surface which gradually becomes deeper along the slope.

This pigment is formulated according to the color of the autumn wood of so-called "hipine", and the amount of pigment added is determined based on the color of the autumn wood of the original tree species, hemlock or Japanese pine, to achieve the desired shade difference. It is determined based on the pigment concentration required to obtain the pigment, and is usually 2 to 4% by weight. Further, as the coating means, a roll coater, a flow coater, etc. are used.

ある。 Due to the formation of this coating film 3, the spring wood portion a where the colored paint d is applied with a large thickness and the autumn wood area b where the coating thickness is small.
At the same time, the shading difference between the two becomes larger than that of the original tree species, hemlock or Japanese pine, and approaches the shading difference of the so-called "hipine".

It is something that is formed.

る。 The coating film 3 gradually becomes thicker toward the right in FIG. 2 because one side of the groove c is inclined at a location corresponding to the groove c. Therefore, this part exhibits a deep decorative surface that gradually changes from a light color to a dark color, and together with the coating film of the autumn wood portion b, it is expressed as a decorative surface that approximates natural wood.

膜として形成できる故である。 Further, in forming the coating film 3, it is preferable to apply a coating material using a flow coater, a roll coater, etc., and then apply a heat pressing process using a hot press, etc. By capping and heating and pressing, the paint can penetrate and adhere to small scratches caused by brush grinding, and by pressing the paint to the fluffy surface after grinding, it can be tightly adhered. This is because it is possible to prevent the occurrence of paint film peeling and to form the paint film 3 as an extremely dense and hard film.
