ツチを得て、これをスライスすることを特徴とす
る。また第2の発明は単板を接着剤を介して積層
すると共に型盤に挾んで圧締してフリツチを得る
際に、予め厚み方向に座屈させた単板を、前記単
板間に介在させて圧締することにより1次フリツ
チを得て、これをスライスすることにより1次ス
ライス単板となし、この1次スライス単板を、通
常の単板と交互に、接着剤を介して重ねて圧締
し、フリツチ化することにより2次フリツチを
得、しかる後スライスすることを特徴とする。以
下第2の発明を中心に図面に基づいて詳しく説明
する。

で圧縮することにより、あるいはロールを通すこ
とより加圧して、単板の厚み方向にその組織を破
壊させるうな公知の方法を採用することができ
る。1次フリツチを造る方法は限定しないが常法
によつて造ればよい。但し、型盤は平板状でよ
い。1次フリツチをスライスして得た1次スライ
ス単板4を斜視図で示したのが第2図である。つ
ぎに1次スライス単板4を、通常の単板と、接着
剤を介して重ね、圧締して2次フリツチとなす。
この場合は凹凸面を有する型盤で圧締する。第3
図は2次フリツチ6の断面図である。この2次フ
リツチ6をスライスすることにより、第4図に斜
視図で示すような化粧単板7が得られる。この化
粧単板7はスライス時に、座屈単板の個所に、い
わゆる目堀れを生じる(あるいは目堀れを意図的
に生ぜしめるべくスライスする)。目堀れが生じ
ることにより立体集中導管を良く表現するのであ
る。なお、ワイピングを施こすことにより一層忠
実性を高めることができる。
