DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for configuring a subfloor for an apartment complex, a gymnasium, etc., and particularly relates to a method for constructing a subfloor unit for housing complexes, gymnasiums, etc. This method involves arranging panels at intervals on a base, adjusting the top surfaces of the panels to the same level, and then placing and fixing waste boards on the top surface.

The so-called thinning construction method, in which the above-mentioned subfloor units are arranged on a foundation at intervals to form a subfloor, is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 53-152668 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 55-78760). As shown in the figure, the subfloor can be constructed only with standard subfloor units, and therefore there is no need to create a subfloor unit of end length during construction. Since the generation of scraps due to the production of flooring is avoided, it has the advantage of high work efficiency and a good yield of subfloor units,
Currently, its usage is high.

By the way, the dimensions of the scrap boards that are placed and fixed on the subfloor units arranged as above are generally
The size is 900mm x 1800mm (3 shaku x 6 shaku), but as the panels are laid, the joints between the scrap boards may overlap the gaps between the panels, and the floor in that area is soft. There is a risk that it will become In order to avoid this, in the past, when such a situation was likely to occur, the waste boards were cut and adjusted appropriately each time, but such work resulted in a decrease in work efficiency and further reduced the waste boards. There is a problem in that the yield of waste boards is deteriorated because scraps occur.

The purpose of the present invention is to propose a floor construction method that eliminates such drawbacks, and according to the present invention, such purpose comprises a panel and support legs for holding it horizontally. In the floor construction method in which subfloor units are arranged on a foundation at intervals, the top surfaces of the panels are adjusted to the same level, and then a waste board is placed and fixed on the top surface, one of the subfloor units in at least one arrangement direction is The width of the panels of the subfloor unit and the distance between adjacent panels should be the same or a fraction of the width of the waste boards in the same direction, and the waste boards to be placed first. This is achieved by positioning the edge of the board on the top surface of the panel, and successively laying waste boards of the above dimensions in connection therewith.

Figure 1 shows a conventional floor construction method in plan view. In the figure, 1 is a wall that constitutes one space or room of a building, and 2 is a panel 3 and support legs 4 for holding it horizontally. This is a subfloor unit having a
As described above, the subfloor units 2 are arranged at intervals by the so-called thinning method. This spacing is for general residential use when the thickness of the scrap board shown below is 9 mm.
100mm or less for 12mm thickness, 120mm or less for 12mm thickness, 15
In the case of mm thickness, it is preferable to set it to 150 mm or less, but
This criterion can be modified as required. The upper surfaces of the panels 3 of the subfloor units 2 arranged in this way are adjusted to the same level, but this adjustment is performed by adjusting the support legs 4 as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-3542. This configuration can be performed extremely easily and quickly. A scrap board 5 is placed on the top surface of the panel whose level has been adjusted in this way, and the dimensions of this scrap board are generally 900 mm x 1800 mm (3 shaku x 6 shaku) as mentioned above. If you continue to lay them one after another, the right edge of the waste board to the right of the waste board 5 2 in the diagram will reach panel gap 6, and there will be a joint for the waste board, creating a weak spot in the floor. It will end up being put away. Therefore, conventionally, as shown in the figure, the waste board on the right side of the waste board 52 was cut from the above-mentioned standard and used as a narrow-width one 53 . However, such work is extremely time-consuming and reduces work efficiency, and also causes the problem that the scrap board is cut off due to cutting, which worsens the yield of the scrap board. There is.

FIG. 2A shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which the sum of the width dimension a of the panel 3 of one subfloor unit 2 and the interval b between adjacent panels is the same as the width dimension c of the scrap board 5. (ie, a+b=c). In other words, panels (subfloor units) having a width of a are arranged at intervals of b, and waste boards with a width of c are laid on top of the panels. By positioning the edge of board 5 1 on the top surface of the panel and successively laying waste boards of the above dimensions in connection with it, the joints 7 formed between the waste boards are always located on the panel. Therefore, it is possible to form a strong floor, and there is no need to cut the waste boards 5 during laying to adjust the dimensions, so the work can be done quickly, and the waste boards can also be used effectively. It is possible.
The above explanation takes the short direction (horizontal direction in the figure) as an example of the scrap board, but the long direction (vertical direction in the figure)
In the case where many waste boards are laid and the joints and panel gaps overlap, it is necessary to use the same construction method. However, if the number of waste boards to be laid in the longitudinal direction is small, even if the subfloor units are arranged as shown in Figure 2 (b), in the longitudinal direction It is not necessary to take the above relationship.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which in the row direction, the sum of the width dimension a of the panel 3 of the subfloor unit 2 and the interval b between adjacent panels is the width of the scrap board 5. It is the same as the dimension c, and in the vertical direction, the dimension a+b is the long dimension d of the scrap board 5.
Therefore, in this case, there is no need to adjust the dimensions of the scrap board in both the vertical and horizontal directions.

Figure 4 shows a case where the relationship a+b=c is satisfied in the row direction, and the length of the scrap board is twice as long as a+b in some parts of the column direction. shows the case where the relationship a+b=c is satisfied in the row direction, and the position of the joint 7 is slightly shifted from the center of the panel 3.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to adjust the size of the waste board, so the laying work efficiency is greatly improved, and as a result, no end cutting occurs, so the yield of the waste board is improved. It is possible to obtain the effect of improving performance and leading to cost reduction.
