自在の移載支持手段6と、その移載支持手段6を
上記車体搬送手段2の側方に於て車体搬送と平行
に搬送し且その搬送方向と直角に車体の方に搬送
する手段7と、上記移載支持手段6の重量とその
移載支持手段6にダンパを移載したときの重量と
に対応して切換えられるバランスシリンダ8を具
え、上記移載支持手段6をレバー65により微調
整的に揺動させながら水平搬送されたダンパ4を
移載支持させた後、ハンドル66でダンパ4を支
持する移載支持手段6を車体1の搬送に追随移動
させながら車体側に回動させると共に上下動させ
てダンパ4を車体1に組付けることを特徴とする
自動車組立工程におけるダンパ組付方法である。

受62の上下動及び回動操作用ハンドル66は腕
67を介して上記筒部材63に一体的に設ける。
75は筒部材63の下降動を規制するストツパで
ある。

対する突起82aを下部ブラケツト82に設けて
移載支持手段6の回動を規制する。

る。なお上記の流体圧切換機構87に切換えはハ
ンドル66に設けた切換用バルブ88で行なう。

く、一人で半自動的に組付作業ができるから労力
が軽減され作業能率が大巾に向上する等の効果が
ある。
