In addition, in order to improve the dust collection efficiency of the dust collection and blower device integrated in this way, for example,
As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 40-29408, the outer cylinder that forms the air passage is gradually enlarged toward the discharge side to reduce the repulsion of dust that collides with the inner wall of the outer cylinder due to the centrifugal force of the blower blades. An air purifying type blower that improves the dust collection effect and blows air while collecting dust removed from the air into a dust collection chamber has already been proposed.

First, air sucked into the blower housing 4 by the rotation of the rotor blades 1 is introduced into the dust collecting section 5 as shown in FIG. At this time, the air introduced by the rotation of the rotor blade 1 from the suction port having a wide cross-sectional area as shown in FIGS. The air is introduced into a narrow spiral air path formed by the shaped guide plate 8, and flows along the spiral air path as shown by the arrow in FIG. Due to the high-speed spiral movement of the air, a strong centrifugal force acts on the air,
Substances with a higher specific gravity than air, such as dust and dust in the air, and even moisture, are centrifuged in the direction in which centrifugal force acts, that is, in the direction from the center of the dust collection section 5 toward the entrance of the dust collection section 5. Due to such centrifugal separation, the dust collected along the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall of the dust collecting section 5 is moved in the direction of air flow shown by the arrow in FIG. 5, that is, in the direction of the rotation of the clock in FIG. A dust collection part 5 formed in a spiral shape is transported by an air flow in a direction.
The dust is collected in the dust collection box 6 along the inner wall of the dust collection box 6.

In addition, since the dust collecting section 5 is protruded to the outside and a partition plate 7 is provided at the entrance of the dust collecting section, the dust collected along the inner surface of the outer circumferential wall of the dust collecting section 5 can be prevented during work. It will not be blown away again by air currents.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, the air is moved along the spiral air path formed by the spiral guide plate provided facing the entrance of the dust collecting section. A centrifugal force stronger than that produced by the blades alone works, and the dust in the air can be centrifugally separated, and the centrifugal force can send it into the dust collecting section.
Furthermore, by using a spiral air path, the limited space of the blower housing is utilized as effectively as possible and the effective length of the air path is ensured. Since the time can be extended and the powerful centrifugal separation action that acts on air per unit volume can be sustained for a long time, the dust collection effect is even more reliable.
