In order to manufacture essential flooring materials, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, a veneer 1 under pressurized or depressurized conditions is impregnated with, for example, a light brown to transparent polyester resin liquid 2 (WPC: Wood Plastics
Combination) treatment, and the resin liquid-impregnated veneer is attached to the base plate 3 as it is or with an adhesive, and then hardened by applying pressure with a hot press to obtain a flooring material with excellent abrasion resistance and aesthetic appearance. is being carried out.

An embodiment of the invention will be described based on FIGS. 2 and 3. That is, in this method of manufacturing the wood veneer decorative material, the veneer 4 shown in FIG.
After the veneer 4 is impregnated with a first resin liquid 5 which is a synthetic resin liquid such as polyester resin or polyacrylic resin having a molecular weight of
The second resin liquid 6, which is a synthetic resin liquid made of, for example, polyester with a relatively large molecular weight and has a high viscosity to form a coating film on the surface, is applied to the surface to the extent that it adheres to the surface. The amount of coating may be small enough to compensate for the shortage of the first resin liquid 5 and leave a slight surplus on top of it.Then, the back side of the first resin liquid 5 is pasted on the base plate 7, and the top and bottom are pressed by hot pressing or the like. A part of the applied second resin liquid 6 is press-fitted into the veneer material by applying pressure, and the remaining part is cured as a coating to form the flooring material 8. In this case, the heating and pressurizing conditions are It is sufficient that a part of the second resin liquid 6 is press-fitted into the veneer material and the rest remains on the surface and is cured as a film, and it depends on the amount of the second resin liquid 6 applied, viscosity, etc. It is set as appropriate. Further, in this example, a high viscosity one is used as the second resin liquid 6, but this is because the second resin liquid 6 is heated while remaining as a coating film on the surface without flowing. This is to facilitate pressure treatment, and this viscosity also depends on the heating and pressurizing conditions, so that a part of the second resin liquid 6 is press-fitted into the veneer material and the rest remains on the surface and hardens as a film. The degree to which this occurs is selected as appropriate. However, in the conventional WPC impregnation treatment, it is preferable to use a material with relatively low viscosity because it increases the impregnation effect, but the second resin liquid 6 used by coating is It is preferable that the viscosity is high enough to form a viscosity of It is something that can be enhanced. Further, in this embodiment, the second resin liquid 6 is applied before the first resin liquid 5 is cured;
This is to push the uncured first resin liquid 5 deeper into the resin, and also to harden the first resin liquid 5 and the second resin liquid 6 at once by pressure treatment using a hot press or the like to improve efficiency. It is also to increase

In addition, in the present invention, either the adhesion of the veneer 4 to the base plate 7 or the application of the second resin liquid 6 may be performed first, and the second resin liquid 6 may be used to adhere the veneer 4 to the base plate 7 during pressurization. You can do it like this. Further, the second resin liquid 6 to be applied is applied to the entire surface of the veneer 4 as shown in FIG. 3A, or in a band shape as shown in FIG. 3B. Furthermore, an anti-wear agent such as metal powder may be mixed into the second resin liquid 6.

The thus obtained flooring material 8 can be applied later even if there is uneven impregnation of the first resin liquid 5 on the veneer 4 before it is attached to the base plate 7 due to unevenness in the material of the veneer material. A part of the second resin liquid 6 is press-fitted to compensate for this, and the rest is hardened as a film, so uneven impregnation is eliminated and the surface is uniform, resulting in an excellent appearance and wear resistance. becomes.

Furthermore, even if an anti-wear agent is mixed into the second resin liquid 6 to be applied, it is press-fitted and hardened using a hot press, making it possible to finish the surface smoothly without causing roughness, and further improve wear resistance. do.

As described above, the method for producing a decorative wood veneer adhesive material of the present invention includes impregnating a veneer with a first resin liquid, further applying a second resin liquid to the surface of the veneer, and then applying the second resin liquid. The method is characterized by applying heat and pressure to such an extent that a part of the resin is press-fitted into the veneer and the remaining part is cured as a film, and the back side of the veneer is attached to the base plate. Even if there is uneven impregnation, as the second resin liquid applied later is heated and pressurized, part of it will be press-fitted to compensate for this and the remaining part will be cured as a film, eliminating uneven impregnation. This has the effect of providing a wood-based board with a uniform surface and excellent appearance and wear resistance.
