(b) Conventional techniques and problems In conventional brazing for resist dyeing, wax whose viscosity has been lowered by heating or mixing with a solvent is applied with a brush or tip. For wide items, wax is applied to the fabric using paper patterns or engraved rolls. However, such work required a high degree of skill.

Figure 2 shows a laminated cross section of transfer paper A when transferring a positive pattern (a pattern in which the resist dyed area is larger than the colored area), and shows the laminated cross section of transfer paper A, which is coated with hydrophilic glue film 2 (hereinafter referred to as "glue film").
, release paper 3, and hydrophobic wax film 4 (hereinafter referred to as "wax film")
These three materials are closely laminated and adhered to a mount 1. To explain the material properties of each layer, the mount 1 has adhesive on one side and must be at least 0.5 mm thick, and if it is insufficient, it will be difficult to cut out the design.

Glue film 2 has a strong film, easily swells and gelatinizes with cold water, and has water-holding properties and dilution resistance.
Removability by washing with water is also required to prevent staining spots. High viscosity sodium alginate and CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) are suitable as the glue for this glue film 2, and the thickness of the film is relative to the thickness of the processed fabric.
For transfer paper B shown in FIG. 4, a thickness of 7 to 12% is suitable.

Sketch the design on the transfer paper A having the characteristics of each layer above, make incisions until it reaches the release paper 3, peel off the unnecessary wax film 4, and remove the exposed glue film 2.
Add cold water to cause swelling and gelatinization (Figure 3).

However, in the case of a pattern (a pattern in which the resist-dyed area is smaller than the colored area), use transfer paper B and apply cold water to the exposed glue film 2 to make it swell and gelatinize, then follow the instructions for using transfer paper A. Similarly, it can also be transferred to the fabric 5 (Fig. 4).

(e) Action Layer the fabric 5 on the water-absorbing gelatinized glue film 2, cover it with paper 6, and then cover it with a waterproof film 7, and press lightly from above to transfer the gelatinized glue film 2 onto the fabric 5. After printing, boiling water 8 is poured onto the waterproof film 7 to melt the wax film 4, which is impregnated and transferred to the unprinted portion of the glue film 2 (FIG. 1). After cooling with water, gently peel off the mount 1,
After washing with water, move on to the dyeing process.

(F) Effects of the Invention This invention transfers and prints a gelatinized medium viscosity onto a fabric, and then transfers heated and melted wax onto the fabric, so that the hydration of the previously applied size The molten wax inhibits penetration and diffusion on the fabric, making it easy to wax even delicate designs.
